ESK Software was good but it's dead now - find somewhere else Once upon a time (3 years ago) they were very helpful and widely known for being excellent. I bought a code signing cert from them in the past and they were very helpful and everything worked well. Something has dramatically changed though - the reviews here have clearly crashed, and emails to their support now get an auto-response, and then absolute silence. It's impossible to complete basic processes for orders. I've been chasing them for support on a paid order with no response for weeks now. Sadly I think K Software is still taking orders but no longer really functions.

ARLooks like the company is dead Looks like the company is dead. They doesn't reply its ticket system anymore. Include if you are asking pre-renewall questions about the new way to do the thing, so, looks like they doesn't has any intention to sell. Maybe they are in the hospital or dead already but the online purchase form still in place?

PTI purchased a certificate 8 days ago… I purchased a certificate 8 days ago and it still hasn't been delivered to me. All requests for help are ignored. I've been a customer for several years now, but this time it looks like I'm not going to have any luck. I've asked for a refund, but haven't gotten a response yet. UPDATE: We were already able to get feedback over the phone and the process moved forward. Email requests for help are not responded to in a timely manner.

AUSeems to be a shonky, one-man operation I don't know what kind of shonky, one-man operation they have got going there, but anyone reading this should avoid dealing with this unprofessional company. I have sent multiple emails and left a voicemail. Judging by the numerous complaints about the very same thing, the operator of this company should stop telling us to call, and instead look at and reply to the emails. I am preparing a case for a credit card chargeback.

BEBought a certificate, no reaction except for automated emails. Bought a certificate. Have a question, but no response at all. This company is dead apparently. UPDATE: I was contacted by them after this post here. Turned out that the support ticket system changed rules for them and automatically closed my tickets somehow. So that was all by accident. I was contacted by email and everything is sorted out now. As I was happy with them earlier, I can't blame them for this situation, so that I why I'm changing this back to 5 stars as they were great before.
