FRI have to say that I was happily… I have to say that I was happily suprised by the quality of the service both in term of email responses, fast and detailed, and the price. One certificate was not working and I have been refunded. I can recommand.

NZKsoftware put the wrong email address… Ksoftware put the wrong email address on my certificate then wouldn't respond to my support tickets requesting a new certificate. Their supplier Sectigo also wouldn't do anything about it because I bought from their reseller Ksoftware. They have been OK for many years before this.

AUNo certificate and no support. Previous experience with K has been very positive. Not this time; I have had the same experience as Andre. Paid for the OV certificate with a promise of a two-three day turnaround. Went through the credential process. Then no update from Sectigo. Called them several times - the process was with the "provisioning team". Many calls to Mitchell on the 859 number advertised here. Never picked up. No response to numerous tickets raised. Acutely, exquisitely unhappy.

RUI asked for a refund (order… I asked for a refund (order #1253727201) but they don't respond to emails. Looks like a scam. UPDATE: ksoftware responded to my review. Unfortunately, they are lying. 1. They GOT my emails as they created support tickets (tickets #45330, #44915, #44943, #44952, #44926). 2. The certificate has NOT been issued. Since ksoftware refuses to issue a refund, I will file a complaint at the Better Business Bureau. Next I will request a chargeback at my bank.

ESK Software was good but it's dead now - find somewhere else Once upon a time (3 years ago) they were very helpful and widely known for being excellent. I bought a code signing cert from them in the past and they were very helpful and everything worked well. Something has dramatically changed though - the reviews here have clearly crashed, and emails to their support now get an auto-response, and then absolute silence. It's impossible to complete basic processes for orders. I've been chasing them for support on a paid order with no response for weeks now. Sadly I think K Software is still taking orders but no longer really functions.
