AUNo certificate and no support. Previous experience with K has been very positive. Not this time; I have had the same experience as Andre. Paid for the OV certificate with a promise of a two-three day turnaround. Went through the credential process. Then no update from Sectigo. Called them several times - the process was with the "provisioning team". Many calls to Mitchell on the 859 number advertised here. Never picked up. No response to numerous tickets raised. Acutely, exquisitely unhappy.

BYWaiting for 6 months to get an OV cert I've been trying for 6 months to renew a cert after paying for it. It goes like this. K Software takes the money. Sectigo doesn't issue a certificate for an unspecified reason. Communicating with them is impossible. K Software does not respond to any emails - refund requests or otherwise.

MXNever received our certificate Like a lot of previous review we got stuck at the validation stage with Sectigo and they just stopped answering our emails, ticket requests. USThis company has gone bad This company has gone bad. I got software signing certificates from K Software since 2011. Never had an issue until 3 years ago, when I purchased a 4 year certificate but only received one for a 39 months. Was promised to get the remaining 9 months automatically at the end of the period, but all I get is spam emails. My emails about this issue remain unanswered, except for an automatic response.
