DESaferVPN's billing department cheats This rating is ONLY for SaferVPN's billing department. They are not worth any star! I am the owner of a 3 year subscription and all over satisfied. A few weeks ago I complained about the Amazon Prime Video service is not working. The Online Helper did not understand my partial complains and started a cancellation process with refund. Within an email I explained the fault and payed a new 3 year subscription. I got an email that they will transfer the advised refund to my account I paid from which was PayPal. This was 4 weeks ago and up today no money arrived. I am complaining every day via email and receive a ticket number but no single response. The billing department is a cheating department!

GBfool me once, shame on you... Paid customer for several years. This has become completely unusable. I use it to play "play money" poker with friends around the world once a week. I need to contact "Simon Webber" at customer support EVERY SINGLE TIME I use this app. I'm not exaggerating - EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's like asking a parent if I can use the internet, please? I'm starting to think it might actually be quite malicious. I'm uninstalling and demanding a refund. DO NOT INSTALL, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, KEEP LOOKING, GOOD LUCK - BETTER LUCK WITHOUT THIS P.O.S.

I recently switched from one internet provided to another and noticed my internet icon did not appear as I was used to seeing it. After several days of trying to figure out this issue, I finally got help from the Support Team. Low and behold, what I was seeing for my internet icon was indeed correct. Dennis communicated with me through iChat while I chatted with Levnono through the remote session. Both were GREAT! I give a big thumbs up to both of them. Thanks you guys, you were great!

SGAs an expat in Malaysia I have a 50Mbps… As an expat in Malaysia I have a 50Mbps ISP contract which works well in Malaysia but not when connecting overseas for online studies involving ebook access and reading and video conferencing. Speed to Australia was just 6Mbps and interrupted even Youtube streaming. Selecting the best working protocol with SaferVPN over the MY server did wonders and all works very smoothly and conveniently. Will extend SaferVPN from 1 month to one year now. Works Great and thanks Ethan Dawson for the fast support
