NLReliable and with a great customer support service I've been using SaferVPN for3 years now and I am thoroughly satisfied by the software. Smooth, easy to install and maintain, and of course with a Chrome plug-in. On top of its technical features, it also comes with an amazingly efficient customer service team. Both times I've needed them, they replied immediately and solved the admin/tech issues straight away. Highly recommended.

GBI paid for subscription annually I paid for subscription annually. Money was taken from my Apple account but service was not provided. I contacted Safervpn several times by email and sent payment details. They eventually replied saying they had problems with Apple payments and suggested I ask Apple for a refund. I contacted Apple and they refused the refund. I have lost my money and have service from Safervpn. RIP off.

THEN I ASKED THEM TO RETURN MY MONEY BACK AND I JUST GOT SUPERFICIAL ANSWERS, AND AFTER 2 EMAILS THEY ARE IGNORING ME. NEVER GET THIS SERVICE!! THEN, I GOT THE SERVICE FROM EXPRESSVPN AND THEY ARE AMAZING. ME REGISTRÉ HACE DOS SEMANAS, PAGUÉ EL MES Y NUNCA LLEGUÉ A RECIBIR EL CORREO PARA REGISTRARME. DESaferVPN's billing department cheats This rating is ONLY for SaferVPN's billing department. They are not worth any star! I am the owner of a 3 year subscription and all over satisfied. A few weeks ago I complained about the Amazon Prime Video service is not working. The Online Helper did not understand my partial complains and started a cancellation process with refund. Within an email I explained the fault and payed a new 3 year subscription. I got an email that they will transfer the advised refund to my account I paid from which was PayPal. This was 4 weeks ago and up today no money arrived. I am complaining every day via email and receive a ticket number but no single response. The billing department is a cheating department!

CAMy VPN has not been working for more than 3… My VPN has not been working for more than 3 weeks due to technical issues attributable to SaferVPN. Their "engineers" tried to resolve the problem through remote session on my computer, but to no avail. However, SaferVPN is purely and simply ignoring my refund requests.
