Awful AI, awful support, awful business Signed up for the free trial, started making a presentation but found the lack of flexibility in slide design frustrating. The AI itself wasn’t good. Cancelled the plan prior to cancellation deadline. Charged an annual subscription anyway. I emailed the support team as soon as I was charged, and continued to send them 5 more emails over the next 4 weeks. It’s 2 months later, and I still have yet to receive a response. Shocking customer service - have to agree with the other reviews that this seems like a scam. I disputed the charge with my bank.

In their website it's written that I can ask for a refund in 24 hours, which I did and I got a reply back that they're in Company Offsite. What the heck? I will share my mail and password with everyone so that all people can use this website for free if they don't refund that money.. It was completely useless and it’s just as easy to create a presentation on PP. was not notified of my trial ending and just charged. Will never use again and make sure I leave a review on every site possible to warn of these absolute SCAMMERS

Beuatiful.ai is an amazing platform… Beuatiful.ai is an amazing platform that let's you quickly build out presentations that are professional and able to be shared easily. There is a slight learning curve but be patient! They do an amazing job adding the ability to make adjustements.

SCAM! You cannot use this tool for actual work. If you want to play around thats fine, but it does not have full capabilities. They charge an entire years worth if you forget about cancelling the membership. They must be buying up all of the search terms and writing their own reviews because it is nothing like its advertised.
