ITAverage product, good customer service I am changing my first 1-star review into a 3-star one as I was positively surprised by the responsiveness of BeautifulAI's customer service. In just a business day, Jojo replied to my email and issued a refund. I experienced the same problem other users had, namely the fact that I was unjustly charged despite having promptly cancelled my subscription during the trial period. That said, it seems this is now sorted in which case this will be my final review. As per the service offered, I think it's really average. Yes, getting a presentation in no time may look impressive, but I honestly do not see how his can benefit a professional as graphics are mediocre and content is rather basic. I am pretty sure it will greatly improve as AI technologies will evolve.

CADoes not live up to advertised claims There's nothing wrong with this program if you want a basic slide deck option. However, PowerPoint or Prezzie are better. There is little difference between the pro version and the free version. Beautiful.ai in no way meets the claims of the advertisers. It feels clunky and the templates are a little basic.

GBAwful experience Software doesn't work properly, wouldn't let me download presentation as PPT or PDF due to a bug. Which resulted in me having to re-do entire presentation to a daedline. When I flagged this, I got the worst customer service I've ever recieved. Very disappointing.

NLSTAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I just used this website once, and forget to cancel subscription as I've never got actually informed. Now they charged me $144 for a yearly plan. That's a real SCAM! In their website it's written that I can ask for a refund in 24 hours, which I did and I got a reply back that they're in Company Offsite. What the heck? I will share my mail and password with everyone so that all people can use this website for free if they don't refund that money.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE Edit: As a reply to Beautiful.Ai's reply; I'd already sent a mail to your support team on Friday but so far no reply. Please prioritize support mails first.

CAAwful AI, awful support, awful business Signed up for the free trial, started making a presentation but found the lack of flexibility in slide design frustrating. The AI itself wasn’t good. Cancelled the plan prior to cancellation deadline. Charged an annual subscription anyway. I emailed the support team as soon as I was charged, and continued to send them 5 more emails over the next 4 weeks. It’s 2 months later, and I still have yet to receive a response. Shocking customer service - have to agree with the other reviews that this seems like a scam. I disputed the charge with my bank.
