Average product, good customer service I am changing my first 1-star review into a 3-star one as I was positively surprised by the responsiveness of BeautifulAI's customer service. In just a business day, Jojo replied to my email and issued a refund. I experienced the same problem other users had, namely the fact that I was unjustly charged despite having promptly cancelled my subscription during the trial period. That said, it seems this is now sorted in which case this will be my final review. As per the service offered, I think it's really average. Yes, getting a presentation in no time may look impressive, but I honestly do not see how his can benefit a professional as graphics are mediocre and content is rather basic. I am pretty sure it will greatly improve as AI technologies will evolve.

I will share my mail and password with everyone so that all people can use this website for free if they don't refund that money.. I signed up for Beautiful.ai's trial… I signed up for Beautiful.ai's trial service but promptly canceled it, thinking that was the end of it. Imagine my surprise when a month later, I see a charge from them on my credit card. There was zero notification that a subscription would automatically begin! To make matters worse, getting in touch with customer service to rectify the situation has been nothing short of a nightmare. This is unacceptable, and I feel completely misled. I strongly discourage anyone from using Beautiful.ai. Their underhanded tactics and lack of support are a huge red flag.
