Now they charged me $144 for a yearly plan. That's a real SCAM! In their website it's written that I can ask for a refund in 24 hours, which I did and I got a reply back that they're in Company Offsite. What the heck? I will share my mail and password with everyone so that all people can use this website for free if they don't refund that money.. Worst Customer Service I have ever come across Even though I have provided detailed reasons for a miss communication between me signing up for a month immediately, to what they are selling, and followed up multiple times via the so called support email, I have not heard a peep so far. Just an email reply with any content. I even told them immediately that there was no content and I am still waiting for support - NOTHING. Crickets!!!
