Beuatiful.ai is an amazing platform… Beuatiful.ai is an amazing platform that let's you quickly build out presentations that are professional and able to be shared easily. There is a slight learning curve but be patient! They do an amazing job adding the ability to make adjustements.

Awful AI, awful support, awful business Signed up for the free trial, started making a presentation but found the lack of flexibility in slide design frustrating. The AI itself wasn’t good. Cancelled the plan prior to cancellation deadline. Charged an annual subscription anyway. I emailed the support team as soon as I was charged, and continued to send them 5 more emails over the next 4 weeks. It’s 2 months later, and I still have yet to receive a response. Shocking customer service - have to agree with the other reviews that this seems like a scam. I disputed the charge with my bank.

Worst Customer Service I have ever come across Even though I have provided detailed reasons for a miss communication between me signing up for a month immediately, to what they are selling, and followed up multiple times via the so called support email, I have not heard a peep so far. Just an email reply with any content. I even told them immediately that there was no content and I am still waiting for support - NOTHING. Crickets!!!

I signed up for Beautiful.ai's trial… I signed up for Beautiful.ai's trial service but promptly canceled it, thinking that was the end of it. Imagine my surprise when a month later, I see a charge from them on my credit card. There was zero notification that a subscription would automatically begin! To make matters worse, getting in touch with customer service to rectify the situation has been nothing short of a nightmare. This is unacceptable, and I feel completely misled. I strongly discourage anyone from using Beautiful.ai. Their underhanded tactics and lack of support are a huge red flag.

The tool seems sensational to me The tool seems sensational to me, but, as I had mentioned before, it is a shame that it cannot make use of its full potential. Unfortunately I am unemployed and cannot pay a monthly payment, but overall, I think it is the best application of its kind. Greetings.
