Worst Customer Service I have ever come across Even though I have provided detailed reasons for a miss communication between me signing up for a month immediately, to what they are selling, and followed up multiple times via the so called support email, I have not heard a peep so far. Just an email reply with any content. I even told them immediately that there was no content and I am still waiting for support - NOTHING. Crickets!!!

Their layouts will inspire you until you realize you are stuck in a very specific layout you cannot modify. If you revert it to custom slide you can modify but everything is less interactive. Beuatiful.ai is an amazing platform… Beuatiful.ai is an amazing platform that let's you quickly build out presentations that are professional and able to be shared easily. There is a slight learning curve but be patient! They do an amazing job adding the ability to make adjustements.

SCAM! You cannot use this tool for actual work. If you want to play around thats fine, but it does not have full capabilities. They charge an entire years worth if you forget about cancelling the membership. They must be buying up all of the search terms and writing their own reviews because it is nothing like its advertised.
