GBVery limited features and high price Very limited features and high price. Avoid this software and save your money. AI is not impressive. Clunky UI. Their layouts will inspire you until you realize you are stuck in a very specific layout you cannot modify. If you revert it to custom slide you can modify but everything is less interactive. Spend your money somewhere else.

DEWorst Customer Service I have ever come across Even though I have provided detailed reasons for a miss communication between me signing up for a month immediately, to what they are selling, and followed up multiple times via the so called support email, I have not heard a peep so far. Just an email reply with any content. I even told them immediately that there was no content and I am still waiting for support - NOTHING. Crickets!!!

NLSTAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I just used this website once, and forget to cancel subscription as I've never got actually informed. Now they charged me $144 for a yearly plan. That's a real SCAM! In their website it's written that I can ask for a refund in 24 hours, which I did and I got a reply back that they're in Company Offsite. What the heck? I will share my mail and password with everyone so that all people can use this website for free if they don't refund that money.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE Edit: As a reply to Beautiful.Ai's reply; I'd already sent a mail to your support team on Friday but so far no reply. Please prioritize support mails first.

CAAwful AI, awful support, awful business Signed up for the free trial, started making a presentation but found the lack of flexibility in slide design frustrating. The AI itself wasn’t good. Cancelled the plan prior to cancellation deadline. Charged an annual subscription anyway. I emailed the support team as soon as I was charged, and continued to send them 5 more emails over the next 4 weeks. It’s 2 months later, and I still have yet to receive a response. Shocking customer service - have to agree with the other reviews that this seems like a scam. I disputed the charge with my bank.
