PLTotally not recommended due to poor customer care Companies that ask for a credit card and take benefits if you forget to cancel. Asking for a refund exact same day results in sending you to refund policy that they don't refund subscriptions. Ridiculous. I don't like this method. All serious SaaS companies just refund you if you don't use a tool at all without taking the benefit that you were 4 hours late with cancel. Really bad customer support.

DESeems to me like a fraudulent website Seems to me like a fraudulent website. Charged my card even though I did not want to continue. Customer service didn't responded to my request to cancel. The app is unusable for any real work that I had in mind. It is a gimmick in my opinion. The AI part is horrible in opinion. I advise people to stay away. I recommend that you don't even sign up for the free trial or you risk being charged hefty amounts.

ITAverage product, good customer service I am changing my first 1-star review into a 3-star one as I was positively surprised by the responsiveness of BeautifulAI's customer service. In just a business day, Jojo replied to my email and issued a refund. I experienced the same problem other users had, namely the fact that I was unjustly charged despite having promptly cancelled my subscription during the trial period. That said, it seems this is now sorted in which case this will be my final review. As per the service offered, I think it's really average. Yes, getting a presentation in no time may look impressive, but I honestly do not see how his can benefit a professional as graphics are mediocre and content is rather basic. I am pretty sure it will greatly improve as AI technologies will evolve.

DEWorst Customer Service I have ever come across Even though I have provided detailed reasons for a miss communication between me signing up for a month immediately, to what they are selling, and followed up multiple times via the so called support email, I have not heard a peep so far. Just an email reply with any content. I even told them immediately that there was no content and I am still waiting for support - NOTHING. Crickets!!!
