Does not live up to advertised claims There's nothing wrong with this program if you want a basic slide deck option. However, PowerPoint or Prezzie are better. There is little difference between the pro version and the free version. Beautiful.ai in no way meets the claims of the advertisers. It feels clunky and the templates are a little basic.

I signed up for Beautiful.ai's trial… I signed up for Beautiful.ai's trial service but promptly canceled it, thinking that was the end of it. Imagine my surprise when a month later, I see a charge from them on my credit card. There was zero notification that a subscription would automatically begin! To make matters worse, getting in touch with customer service to rectify the situation has been nothing short of a nightmare. This is unacceptable, and I feel completely misled. I strongly discourage anyone from using Beautiful.ai. Their underhanded tactics and lack of support are a huge red flag.

I will share my mail and password with everyone so that all people can use this website for free if they don't refund that money.. Seems to me like a fraudulent website Seems to me like a fraudulent website. Charged my card even though I did not want to continue. Customer service didn't responded to my request to cancel. The app is unusable for any real work that I had in mind. It is a gimmick in my opinion. The AI part is horrible in opinion. I advise people to stay away. I recommend that you don't even sign up for the free trial or you risk being charged hefty amounts.
