Awful AI, awful support, awful business Signed up for the free trial, started making a presentation but found the lack of flexibility in slide design frustrating. The AI itself wasn’t good. Cancelled the plan prior to cancellation deadline. Charged an annual subscription anyway. I emailed the support team as soon as I was charged, and continued to send them 5 more emails over the next 4 weeks. It’s 2 months later, and I still have yet to receive a response. Shocking customer service - have to agree with the other reviews that this seems like a scam. I disputed the charge with my bank.

Very limited features and high price Very limited features and high price. Avoid this software and save your money. AI is not impressive. Clunky UI. Their layouts will inspire you until you realize you are stuck in a very specific layout you cannot modify. If you revert it to custom slide you can modify but everything is less interactive. Spend your money somewhere else.

Seems to me like a fraudulent website Seems to me like a fraudulent website. Charged my card even though I did not want to continue. Customer service didn't responded to my request to cancel. The app is unusable for any real work that I had in mind. It is a gimmick in my opinion. The AI part is horrible in opinion. I advise people to stay away. I recommend that you don't even sign up for the free trial or you risk being charged hefty amounts.

Average product, good customer service I am changing my first 1-star review into a 3-star one as I was positively surprised by the responsiveness of BeautifulAI's customer service. In just a business day, Jojo replied to my email and issued a refund. I experienced the same problem other users had, namely the fact that I was unjustly charged despite having promptly cancelled my subscription during the trial period. That said, it seems this is now sorted in which case this will be my final review. As per the service offered, I think it's really average. Yes, getting a presentation in no time may look impressive, but I honestly do not see how his can benefit a professional as graphics are mediocre and content is rather basic. I am pretty sure it will greatly improve as AI technologies will evolve.

Awful experience Software doesn't work properly, wouldn't let me download presentation as PPT or PDF due to a bug. Which resulted in me having to re-do entire presentation to a daedline. When I flagged this, I got the worst customer service I've ever recieved. Very disappointing.
