ITAverage product, good customer service I am changing my first 1-star review into a 3-star one as I was positively surprised by the responsiveness of BeautifulAI's customer service. In just a business day, Jojo replied to my email and issued a refund. I experienced the same problem other users had, namely the fact that I was unjustly charged despite having promptly cancelled my subscription during the trial period. That said, it seems this is now sorted in which case this will be my final review. As per the service offered, I think it's really average. Yes, getting a presentation in no time may look impressive, but I honestly do not see how his can benefit a professional as graphics are mediocre and content is rather basic. I am pretty sure it will greatly improve as AI technologies will evolve.

CAAwful AI, awful support, awful business Signed up for the free trial, started making a presentation but found the lack of flexibility in slide design frustrating. The AI itself wasn’t good. Cancelled the plan prior to cancellation deadline. Charged an annual subscription anyway. I emailed the support team as soon as I was charged, and continued to send them 5 more emails over the next 4 weeks. It’s 2 months later, and I still have yet to receive a response. Shocking customer service - have to agree with the other reviews that this seems like a scam. I disputed the charge with my bank.

AUTried the free trial and used it once and charged full year SCAM ALERT Tried the free trial and used it once. It was completely useless and it’s just as easy to create a presentation on PP. was not notified of my trial ending and just charged. Will never use again and make sure I leave a review on every site possible to warn of these absolute SCAMMERS

FRIts UI is so impractical and Primitive Its UI is so impractical, its capacity is so limited that if you invest some time in it you will be PUNISHED for it. The attempt deserves attention but that's it. It does NOT save you time, it is not capable enough to draft you something remotely intelligent. So... needs time, many updates and progression before I give it another go.

DEWorst Customer Service I have ever come across Even though I have provided detailed reasons for a miss communication between me signing up for a month immediately, to what they are selling, and followed up multiple times via the so called support email, I have not heard a peep so far. Just an email reply with any content. I even told them immediately that there was no content and I am still waiting for support - NOTHING. Crickets!!!
