Awful experience Software doesn't work properly, wouldn't let me download presentation as PPT or PDF due to a bug. Which resulted in me having to re-do entire presentation to a daedline. When I flagged this, I got the worst customer service I've ever recieved. Very disappointing.

Great tool and great support! Beautiful.ai has been such a game-changer for me. I was struggling with PowerPoint and searched for an alternative and happened upon beautiful.ai. I was able to get my ideas out and within 2 hours had a full-on pitch deck. I had an issue with copy and pasting and was able to connect with someone on the support team to help me reset my browser permission. Great tool and great support!

Tried the free trial and used it once and charged full year SCAM ALERT Tried the free trial and used it once. It was completely useless and it’s just as easy to create a presentation on PP. was not notified of my trial ending and just charged. Will never use again and make sure I leave a review on every site possible to warn of these absolute SCAMMERS

I signed up for Beautiful.ai's trial… I signed up for Beautiful.ai's trial service but promptly canceled it, thinking that was the end of it. Imagine my surprise when a month later, I see a charge from them on my credit card. There was zero notification that a subscription would automatically begin! To make matters worse, getting in touch with customer service to rectify the situation has been nothing short of a nightmare. This is unacceptable, and I feel completely misled. I strongly discourage anyone from using Beautiful.ai. Their underhanded tactics and lack of support are a huge red flag.
