The app is unusable for any real work that I had in mind. It is a gimmick in my opinion. The AI part is horrible in opinion. I advise people to stay away. I recommend that you don't even sign up for the free trial or you risk being charged hefty amounts.

45 USD. SCAM Same than other customer. I cancelled my subscription and they said I don't. They charged me 45 USD and it's insane, I do not ever use this app!

Does not live up to advertised claims There's nothing wrong with this program if you want a basic slide deck option. However, PowerPoint or Prezzie are better. There is little difference between the pro version and the free version. Beautiful.ai in no way meets the claims of the advertisers. It feels clunky and the templates are a little basic.

I signed up for Beautiful.ai's trial… I signed up for Beautiful.ai's trial service but promptly canceled it, thinking that was the end of it. Imagine my surprise when a month later, I see a charge from them on my credit card. There was zero notification that a subscription would automatically begin! To make matters worse, getting in touch with customer service to rectify the situation has been nothing short of a nightmare. This is unacceptable, and I feel completely misled. I strongly discourage anyone from using Beautiful.ai. Their underhanded tactics and lack of support are a huge red flag.

I've been using Beautiful for allmost 2… I've been using Beautiful for allmost 2 years now and its been very helpful. also it's always getting better and improving. Thanks and congratulations to the team!
