45 USD. SCAM Same than other customer. I cancelled my subscription and they said I don't. They charged me 45 USD and it's insane, I do not ever use this app!

Its UI is so impractical and Primitive Its UI is so impractical, its capacity is so limited that if you invest some time in it you will be PUNISHED for it. The attempt deserves attention but that's it. It does NOT save you time, it is not capable enough to draft you something remotely intelligent. So... needs time, many updates and progression before I give it another go.

Awful AI, awful support, awful business Signed up for the free trial, started making a presentation but found the lack of flexibility in slide design frustrating. The AI itself wasn’t good. Cancelled the plan prior to cancellation deadline. Charged an annual subscription anyway. I emailed the support team as soon as I was charged, and continued to send them 5 more emails over the next 4 weeks. It’s 2 months later, and I still have yet to receive a response. Shocking customer service - have to agree with the other reviews that this seems like a scam. I disputed the charge with my bank.

Now they charged me $144 for a yearly plan. That's a real SCAM! In their website it's written that I can ask for a refund in 24 hours, which I did and I got a reply back that they're in Company Offsite. What the heck? I will share my mail and password with everyone so that all people can use this website for free if they don't refund that money..
