Average product, good customer service I am changing my first 1-star review into a 3-star one as I was positively surprised by the responsiveness of BeautifulAI's customer service. In just a business day, Jojo replied to my email and issued a refund. I experienced the same problem other users had, namely the fact that I was unjustly charged despite having promptly cancelled my subscription during the trial period. That said, it seems this is now sorted in which case this will be my final review. As per the service offered, I think it's really average. Yes, getting a presentation in no time may look impressive, but I honestly do not see how his can benefit a professional as graphics are mediocre and content is rather basic. I am pretty sure it will greatly improve as AI technologies will evolve.

Great tool and great support! Beautiful.ai has been such a game-changer for me. I was struggling with PowerPoint and searched for an alternative and happened upon beautiful.ai. I was able to get my ideas out and within 2 hours had a full-on pitch deck. I had an issue with copy and pasting and was able to connect with someone on the support team to help me reset my browser permission. Great tool and great support!

Awful AI, awful support, awful business Signed up for the free trial, started making a presentation but found the lack of flexibility in slide design frustrating. The AI itself wasn’t good. Cancelled the plan prior to cancellation deadline. Charged an annual subscription anyway. I emailed the support team as soon as I was charged, and continued to send them 5 more emails over the next 4 weeks. It’s 2 months later, and I still have yet to receive a response. Shocking customer service - have to agree with the other reviews that this seems like a scam. I disputed the charge with my bank.

Now they charged me $144 for a yearly plan. That's a real SCAM! In their website it's written that I can ask for a refund in 24 hours, which I did and I got a reply back that they're in Company Offsite. What the heck? I will share my mail and password with everyone so that all people can use this website for free if they don't refund that money.. The tool seems sensational to me The tool seems sensational to me, but, as I had mentioned before, it is a shame that it cannot make use of its full potential. Unfortunately I am unemployed and cannot pay a monthly payment, but overall, I think it is the best application of its kind. Greetings.
