GBSilver Bills and Grasshopper are a scam Silver Bills and Grasshopper Bank appear to be a scam. They bought PayTrust, with all kinds of banking and other information, screwed around for a few months, and now are shutting down. What happens to all the information that they purchased on Paytrust customers?

GBFor over a year now For over a year now, I've been helping my 80 y/o brother cope with life as dementia has claimed his ability to function like the highly successful man he has been in past years. Silver Bills is an essential part of assisting him, relieving him of worries about forgotten bills, lost payments, etc. And I have total confidence in Rebecca. She is not only proficient and knowledgeable but so very kind and patient as I walk this journey with my brother. We couldn't do it without her.

GBBEWARE! SILVERBILLS doesn't pay bills!! Silverbills destroyed PayTrust and nearly destroyed my credit by not paying bills for months. I used PayTrust for over 15 years with no issues and great customer service. As so many other reviews stated, Silverbills charges double what PayTrust did AND does not pay bills. I am looking for a new bill pay service. Do not risk your credit score or rack up late charges! Get out now.

DESilver Bills beats Paytrust hands down! Brittany is not only extremely professional, she is a very skilled problem solver and patient agent. Her communication skills are excellent, as she is able to explain financial arrangements very clearly to one who avoids it at all costs. She is polite, responsible, respectful, resourceful, and an expert. She is a true asset to your company! Give her a big fat raise. Silver Bills is so far superior to Paytrust there is no comparison at all!

GBI am also an ex-paytrust customer I am also an ex-paytrust customer. The new system is horrendous. We were not told they were going to take the money from my account, wait two days, THEN pay my bill. Integration to accounting (which was there with Paytrust) no longer exist. This was a half assed takeover. I am not surprised they failed. It would have been classier to give us more than three weeks notice to change addresses from all my vendors, but that just shows what type of company this is.
