GBGoing to Cancel Silverbills Like the others mentioned, I went from superior customer service and experience with PayTrust for over 20 years to a complete opposite with Silverbills. Late payments, float (they take your money but hold it) and frustration with their portal being buggy and not user friendly. AND they charge you double! Going to cancel and find an alternate

GBI am also an ex-paytrust customer I am also an ex-paytrust customer. The new system is horrendous. We were not told they were going to take the money from my account, wait two days, THEN pay my bill. Integration to accounting (which was there with Paytrust) no longer exist. This was a half assed takeover. I am not surprised they failed. It would have been classier to give us more than three weeks notice to change addresses from all my vendors, but that just shows what type of company this is.

GBFor over a year now For over a year now, I've been helping my 80 y/o brother cope with life as dementia has claimed his ability to function like the highly successful man he has been in past years. Silver Bills is an essential part of assisting him, relieving him of worries about forgotten bills, lost payments, etc. And I have total confidence in Rebecca. She is not only proficient and knowledgeable but so very kind and patient as I walk this journey with my brother. We couldn't do it without her.

GBJust Canceled service Just Canceled service. I'm a longtime user of Paytrust. Silverbills took over, pulls money out of account....never pays the bill. complete sheist, thumbs down, i may even file a complaint with michigan attorney general , however shes probably in on it.
