I just canceled my service I just canceled my service. I was a loyal Paytrust user for several decades. Silverbills is a diaster. Stay away. They didn't follow my auto-pay rule for my mortgage and skipped a month. The bank felt sorry for me and waived the penalty but I had to go IN-PERSON to the bank and explain what happened. Run! As fast as you are able. Very sad to see what happened to PayTrust. It was good for so many years.

I have been charged $19.99 a month from… I have been charged $19.99 a month from SilverBills since January 2024. I never authorized this service and have never logged into SilverBills. Two times I was told in writing that I would not be charged again. They are still charging me and will not respond to my calls. Who can I turn to?

Their professionalism, responsiveness, and just plan compassion, has been priceless. In a situation where family lives in other states and cities, Silver Bills supplies support to keep us all on the same page caring for our aging family members. Can Not Say Enough!

Silverbills BROKE Paytrust Like everyone else has said, Silverbills BROKE Paytrust. Protip: when you take over another company, you can probably get away with a price hike UNLESS you "break cover" by interrupting your customers' workflow (don't pay their bills). As they say, "You had ONE JOB!!!"
