GBWe have used silverbills for nearly… We have used silverbills for nearly five years years to handle our mother's bill paying while she was living on her own and since she moved to assisted living. We have found the service to be highly professional, responsive, thorough, timely, and thoughtful. Using silverbills has reassured our mother and the whole family that nothing is going to fall between the cracks. We recommend them highly.

GBAVOID SILVERBILLS Incompetent! Three (out of 3) payments (late, improperly sent) are lost in electronic and snail-mail purgatory. Silverbells is VERY sorry, of course, as I rack up late fees. Site can’t handle Safari, so I quitting this irresponsible, inept service is another nightmare. AVOID THIS SERVICE

DESilver Bills beats Paytrust hands down! Brittany is not only extremely professional, she is a very skilled problem solver and patient agent. Her communication skills are excellent, as she is able to explain financial arrangements very clearly to one who avoids it at all costs. She is polite, responsible, respectful, resourceful, and an expert. She is a true asset to your company! Give her a big fat raise. Silver Bills is so far superior to Paytrust there is no comparison at all!

GBDouble the money for what? Agree with others about payment issues. Paid two credits on 1/21. One credit card got payment on the 26th and one on the 29th past the due date of the 28th. Had to call CC company for reversal of late fee. Also I used to be able to pay all my payees on one page now I have to do each one individually which takes a lot longer. Paytrust also gave us the check numbers (if they pay by check) which this service does not do. I looked for another service as well but can't find anything. If anyone has suggestions let us all know.

GBAnother unhappy Paytrust customer Another unhappy Paytrust customer. Paytrust, a service I had happliy used for decades, announced they were going out of business and that was that. At the last minute, Silver Bills swoops in and takes over. They doubled the monthly rate from $9.95 to $19.95, which wasn't particularly unreasonable. Turns out their system sucks. They take forever to pay bills holding client money in their middleman bank account, probably making money on the float. Not educating their new Paytrust customers caused late bill payments and overdrawn bank accounts. Then, a few months later they announce they are discontinuing Paytrust support but will gladly take customers starting at $150/mth ! These guys strike me as incompetent and unscrupulous. Stay Away !
