SLOW PAYMENTS AFTER FUNDS WITHDRAWN Sliver Bills took over Paytrust and I had credit card payments pulled from my checking account, but it took over 10 days to pay the credit cards. The credit cards refunded my late fees on all 4 credit cards fortunately. However, there online bill payment system is NOT state of the art, but very rudimentary. I would not recommend using Paytrust while under Silver Bills management.

AVOID SILVERBILLS Incompetent! Three (out of 3) payments (late, improperly sent) are lost in electronic and snail-mail purgatory. Silverbells is VERY sorry, of course, as I rack up late fees. Site can’t handle Safari, so I quitting this irresponsible, inept service is another nightmare. AVOID THIS SERVICE

Silvers are the BEST !!!! My Elderly Aunt due to her Age is not able to pay her Bills, we decided to research organizations to make that transition. Silverbills came to our rescue, they explained the process and for the past years they are the best decision that was made. They are caring, Professional and very excellent in every way. I highly recommend their services for those in need for their loved ones !!!!

Double the money for what? Agree with others about payment issues. Paid two credits on 1/21. One credit card got payment on the 26th and one on the 29th past the due date of the 28th. Had to call CC company for reversal of late fee. Also I used to be able to pay all my payees on one page now I have to do each one individually which takes a lot longer. Paytrust also gave us the check numbers (if they pay by check) which this service does not do. I looked for another service as well but can't find anything. If anyone has suggestions let us all know.

We have used silverbills for nearly… We have used silverbills for nearly five years years to handle our mother's bill paying while she was living on her own and since she moved to assisted living. We have found the service to be highly professional, responsive, thorough, timely, and thoughtful. Using silverbills has reassured our mother and the whole family that nothing is going to fall between the cracks. We recommend them highly.
