Silvers are the BEST !!!! My Elderly Aunt due to her Age is not able to pay her Bills, we decided to research organizations to make that transition. Silverbills came to our rescue, they explained the process and for the past years they are the best decision that was made. They are caring, Professional and very excellent in every way. I highly recommend their services for those in need for their loved ones !!!!

I am also an ex-paytrust customer I am also an ex-paytrust customer. The new system is horrendous. We were not told they were going to take the money from my account, wait two days, THEN pay my bill. Integration to accounting (which was there with Paytrust) no longer exist. This was a half assed takeover. I am not surprised they failed. It would have been classier to give us more than three weeks notice to change addresses from all my vendors, but that just shows what type of company this is.

Double the money for what? Agree with others about payment issues. Paid two credits on 1/21. One credit card got payment on the 26th and one on the 29th past the due date of the 28th. Had to call CC company for reversal of late fee. Also I used to be able to pay all my payees on one page now I have to do each one individually which takes a lot longer. Paytrust also gave us the check numbers (if they pay by check) which this service does not do. I looked for another service as well but can't find anything. If anyone has suggestions let us all know.
