Overall I have loved their platform Overall I have loved their platform. I do wish the account teams wouldn't switch so much, but I get that happens with companies like this. My team loves the ease of use, and ability to have everything in one place.

The worst online service I've ever… The worst online service I've ever encountered. I signed up for the trial period. From the word GO, nothing worked on their site. None of their buttons worked. It didn't matter what I clicked on, nothing ever opened. I then cancelled. They confirmed cancellation, yet two months later, they charge my credit card $156! No service, no product. There were no instructions on how to start the trial, no response from 'Mike' who was the 'go to' for support; sorry, he responded more than a week later to just repeat what I already knew. Lucky my bank has refunded me. Stay right away from this mob. I don't think they're legitimate.

Beware Beware: in order to downgrade or cancel, you're forced to chat with a customer service rep. That rep then won't be able to downgrade you and will "put you in touch with the customer success team." Just seems like a poor user experience in an effort to prevent revenue loss.

This product was once amazing This product was once amazing. Now none of their customer support team knows what they are doing. They've doubled their pricing, reduced software capabilities, and customer support can't even find active accounts or resolve issues for brands who use their software. Avoid it at all costs.

Absolutely no customer support. Absolutely no customer support. Requested a demo wanting to start using their product and nothing, rob and jade on two occasions said my request had been made high priority and someone would be in touch, had to chase three times and it’s been a month. Nothing. I can’t imagine the radio silence I’d get if I actually had a problem with my subscription or calendar. Taking my business to Content Cal.
