I was scammed by one of your agents.. I was scammed by one of your agents... I was told to deposit money into the app and do a few tasks and then I got a small profit on it but then I was asked to do a bigger deposit and when I did everyone linked to the site/app just suddenly disappeared and went silent, deleted there's accouny so I have no way of getting g my money back... I think you guys are really disgusting taking peoples last few cents out of there pockets... I thought I could give my family a good Ramadan but instead,because of the tagger site/app, we can barely break our fast with something nice at all...

absolutely horrific company that… absolutely horrific company that over-promises and severely underdelivers... this software is a scam out to rob your dollars and provide you with close to nothing in return. the features either glitch or aren't there. I didn't even get to look into any extra features as the most basic features you'd expect literally any social planning company to have are garbage. we're a small business and this is extremely upsetting!

Do not use Sprout Social Do not use Sprout Social. Their sales team will purposefully not inform you that there is an auto-renew clause. The only communication you will get is from their billing team saying you owe them another 12 months fee. The customer support is terrible and we got no value from using this product.

Beware Beware: in order to downgrade or cancel, you're forced to chat with a customer service rep. That rep then won't be able to downgrade you and will "put you in touch with the customer success team." Just seems like a poor user experience in an effort to prevent revenue loss.

Started to use this as an alternative… Started to use this as an alternative to buffer. Well it gave me the all I need and they have a well designed website. Since socialsprout works for me at the minimum level, I can say I am satisfied with their service
