LVI had trial for seven days.Before I was… I had trial for seven days.Before I was following to 586, then Sprout pushed me to follow for around 1100 accounts, in seven days double...I get back 6 followers...1%...I wanted to unfollow, but it wasnt reversable any more, so I did it manualy...I uses another app Combin, at least there I could see straight away who dont follow back, didnt need to check, halfe job done...Sprout said we have 20% come back followers...I have got 1%...I already had my heart said dont try...Just made more unnecessary job

AUPain in the ass to cancel, prices too high As seems to be common practice nowadays, they make it a complicated pain in the ass to cancel. Claiming that it is so easy to do by simply clicking a "deactivate" button - but all that does is get an email sent to you to discuss the account with a "success team" member. I am so over companies pulling these tactics. They also raised the prices, making this a completely non-competitive option compared to similar products. Won't be coming back.

GBI used Sproutsocial at two companies and will again! I used Sproutsocial at two different companies, and I will use it again in my own digital agency. It's a great tool for organizing, scheduling, and publishing social messages. You can follow keywords and easily see influencers, so it's useful for listening for the buzz about your company or industry. Their data visualizations are easy to understand and share, too. Love it!

AUCancelling subscription made ridiculous! Sprout Social's practice around cancelling your subscription for their now way overpriced service is ridiculous. They do not allow you to cancel your subscription within the platform! You must email them and request cancellation, which they then ask for a reason why you are cancelling before taking any action. Whilst it is far they want to try and keep you around, doing so out of the platform is crazy! Why wouldn't you let me cancel on the platform like almost every other service? How is this practice allowed?
