USRefuses to give our money back Synergy internet no good crooks, liers, and thieves. Almost 2 years to the date my husband and I purchased a super box from them we never received the super box and they will not refund our $299 dollars we have tried to contact this company on many different occasions by phone only 2 times out of the 1000 times we called did I speak to a live person both times got broken promises to send us our refund I’ve tried sending emails tons of them with no response to any of them. What kind of a company just takes money and then fail to pay the person back. I tried calling them just before the holidays last year and I spoke with a man who promised he would take care of our situation right after the new year well that was a big fat lie still nothing from these people. I have never been treated so bad by anyone in my life. I guess it’s time to contact the BBB and my attorney

USCustomer Service Cannot Be Reached I ordered fiber optic internet for a second home we have in Charlotte, NC back in August 2022. The internet was installed by A T & T in August. They told us that they would be back to bury the fiber optic wires for the internet. We left Charlotte, NC near the end of August 2022 and just assumed that would be taken care of. Well, it wasn't. We came back to our 2nd home on Saturday, April 8, 2023 and the wires are exposed and have not been buried. We are lucky that no one has cut them or mowed over them. They are a safety hazard for us to enter the home. I have tried to call Synergy Internet at (855) 779-6374 for 3 days but I get a message that the number is not in use. How can I get help with my issue if I cannot reach anyone.

USTerrible Experience I signed up for wired internet service on 12-07-22. The tech never showed up or even called my phone for three different scheduled installs. Customer service said they are checking on installation team to see what went wrong, then never responded back. Today is 1-31-2023.

USSTRONGLY ADVISE TO NOT USE THEM. SEEKING LEGAL COUNSEL OVER THESE LIARS Unfortunately this is not a good review.. for customer service. The internet service is good.. but not the customer service. This is the second time that I have had an amount taken directly out of my bank account without any authorization.. and when I try to call and speak to a live representative.. the company is set up to make it so difficult to speak to anyone that it becomes frustrating and stressful.. and I can just imagine how many customers get ripped off like this because they just give up and let it go. There needs to be an easier way to speak to a live representative.Also this company claims we have to authorize payment through our bank which is complete bs. When I first signed up with them they took my credit card over the phone so no they don't always use a third party.
