GBI got over charged I was over charged on my bill for 3 months. I called about this issue. And they were able to credit my next month’s bill with what I was overcharged and then some. They also included a $200 hotel gift card for the inconvenience. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you guys at synergy internet

GBSTRONGLY ADVISE TO NOT USE THEM. SEEKING LEGAL COUNSEL OVER THESE LIARS Unfortunately this is not a good review.. for customer service. The internet service is good.. but not the customer service. This is the second time that I have had an amount taken directly out of my bank account without any authorization.. and when I try to call and speak to a live representative.. the company is set up to make it so difficult to speak to anyone that it becomes frustrating and stressful.. and I can just imagine how many customers get ripped off like this because they just give up and let it go. There needs to be an easier way to speak to a live representative.Also this company claims we have to authorize payment through our bank which is complete bs. When I first signed up with them they took my credit card over the phone so no they don't always use a third party.

GBAre you still in business? Are you still in business? For those that are considering Synergy if you love crappy customer service this is the company for you. The internet is good when it works but if it doesn't get ready for extreme frustration. My internet was out from Sept 20 till Oct 21 due to some deregulation issue. Not once was I able to talk to an actual human or given any kind of expectation of when it would be restored. It went out again on Oct 28 and I have three tickets open trying to get this resolved. I received one phone call on Oct 30 with the promise to call me back, I feel ghosted as I am still waiting for that call. When the internet works it is awesome but the customer service and follow-up is mediocre at best.

GBEquipment stopped working in August Equipment stopped working in August. They quickly sent a new SIM card and promised expedited delivery on equipment. It’s now October 22. No equipment. And they took the September and October payment from my account. No response from phone messages or emails. Extremely disappointed. UPDATE NOVEMBER 11, 2021 Despite the friendly, seemingly helpful response posted by Synergy to my review I’ve still yet to receive a refund or even a response to my requests for a refund.
