USBeen put of internet since September… Been put of internet since September 10th can't get anyone to answer the phone. When someone does, they are not qualified to help me. I'm now working on two weeks with no one picking up the phone. Call at least 20 times a day. This place is a joke, run run very fast away. Started out great, had a technical problem and nothing. I would not recommend this company for anything.

USEquipment stopped working in August Equipment stopped working in August. They quickly sent a new SIM card and promised expedited delivery on equipment. It’s now October 22. No equipment. And they took the September and October payment from my account. No response from phone messages or emails. Extremely disappointed. UPDATE NOVEMBER 11, 2021 Despite the friendly, seemingly helpful response posted by Synergy to my review I’ve still yet to receive a refund or even a response to my requests for a refund.

USService was good until it wasn’t Service was good until it wasn’t. My internet has been out for over 2 weeks. I keep getting excuse after excuse from customer service. Also, no refund for when I haven’t had service.
Stole My Money
USThis company took my money for nothing This company took my money, and never provided me with anything. They never reached out to me again. When I asked for a refund, they didn't give it to me. Not to mention charging me an extra $20 to use a credit card in additional to the initial installation charge of $220. They stole $240 from me and have not refunded it.

USDead Zone I was told I could get internet from Synergy however did not work. They use Verizon and Verizon does not work where I live. So I have changed companies. Synergy was quite helpful but unfortunately we live in a "dead zone" and nothing works here. Only the company we had to switch too since they put a dish next door.
