USBig mistake to use them! This company offers a service that is subpar. Our internet stopped working in September 2021. It took 3 weeks to get a response from them on why it happened and what to do. We returned the router and was told the "check was in the mail" and I still don't have my deposit back. DO NOT waste your time as they have the worst communications as well as service that obviously failed for us!

USI got over charged I was over charged on my bill for 3 months. I called about this issue. And they were able to credit my next month’s bill with what I was overcharged and then some. They also included a $200 hotel gift card for the inconvenience. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you guys at synergy internet
