GBAverage Hooked onto the trial plan to test out the software. Not too bad; customer service was very helpful, however speed wasn’t great even though I’m based in a built up area. Ended up going with Kobiton cloud which works much better.

ILA big Scam. A big Scam. I wanted to try it for 20 minutes and I payed 20$ for a really bad experience. A month later (of course they are charging at the beginning of the month) I've noticed they are still charging my account for another 20$. There is no button for canceling subscription, no chat, still waiting for support to answer my emails. Stay away from this kind of scams and especially don't supply them with your credit info because this one also cannot be deleted.

GBBAD for freelancers This application is a mess, especially for individuals with an intermittent, variable month usage requirements - they have no plan to match this. The 'freelancer' plan has a very low monthly allowance (of which you can't see your usage from within the app) and if that's enough for you, you likely won't use it for several months. Then, the one month you do need it, you'll burn through the allowance in next to no time. There support is staggeringly unhelpful and seemingly unable to even answer basic questions about their services.

RUBe careful Information that they automatically write off money every month is not advertised when you register and make the first installment. The subscription must be changed manually. Because of this, they wrote off my money for a month, although I don't need their services for the next month. However, they do not make returns. Disgusting.

ILBad and expensive! Doesn't worth the money. This service is super expensive, I took the "freelancer deal" just because I didn't do enough research to find out this is the MOST EXPENSIVE service out of its field and for limited features! you don't get screenshots or video with this deal!! why??? I paid $19.9 per 100 minutes of usage, and the best part is, if you don't sign out of the app, it'll keep charging you for minutes you didn't use, so the result was, I paid $20 for about 50 minutes of real use. When contacted the support about that, they argued with me for about 10 email turnarounds, claiming I used all of the minutes and didn't take responsibility for their bad practice. A very short research, later on, got me to a competitor that gives a full month of unlimited use for the same price, with all features open.
