If you're going to offer a free-trial, at least give us a chance to use your platform. I was directed towards BrowserStack from a StackOverflow page, and decided to give it a bash. I saw that it had a number of minutes free-trial, but didn't even get as far as selecting the device I wanted to test with when I was told my free minutes were used up. What a complete waste of time.

Bad and expensive! Doesn't worth the money. This service is super expensive, I took the "freelancer deal" just because I didn't do enough research to find out this is the MOST EXPENSIVE service out of its field and for limited features! you don't get screenshots or video with this deal!! why??? I paid $19.9 per 100 minutes of usage, and the best part is, if you don't sign out of the app, it'll keep charging you for minutes you didn't use, so the result was, I paid $20 for about 50 minutes of real use. When contacted the support about that, they argued with me for about 10 email turnarounds, claiming I used all of the minutes and didn't take responsibility for their bad practice. A very short research, later on, got me to a competitor that gives a full month of unlimited use for the same price, with all features open.

A big Scam. A big Scam. I wanted to try it for 20 minutes and I payed 20$ for a really bad experience. A month later (of course they are charging at the beginning of the month) I've noticed they are still charging my account for another 20$. There is no button for canceling subscription, no chat, still waiting for support to answer my emails. Stay away from this kind of scams and especially don't supply them with your credit info because this one also cannot be deleted.

They don't support changing setting on… They don't support changing setting on ios device ! App store is not working on ios device! And the message says " Access to the AppStore is restricted in BrowserStack Live." This is ridiculous ! and it's a big scam for taking 400 dollars !! to avoid at all costs I ended up by simulating using a virtual machine

I'm surprised by the negative reviews… I'm surprised by the negative reviews about their billing practices and my heart goes out to people who go through frustrating experiences. With that being said, my experience is that this is a great interface for testing how my website looks on different devices. I wouldn't be able to do it without them. My problem has more to do with my site not loading on some of the test results. I'm not sure if it is my site's load speed that is causing the issue. I will optimize my website load time and then come back and edit this review. Other than that I am very pleased with this product.
