HUOne of the worst company out there One of the worst company out there. I've unsubscribed from their payment plan but they don't have an automatic cancellation system. They said their "Account Representative" will contact me within 24 hours but I have got no email even after 3 days. They don't let me cancel and kept charging my card. Absolutely disgusting!

GBI'm surprised by the negative reviews… I'm surprised by the negative reviews about their billing practices and my heart goes out to people who go through frustrating experiences. With that being said, my experience is that this is a great interface for testing how my website looks on different devices. I wouldn't be able to do it without them. My problem has more to do with my site not loading on some of the test results. I'm not sure if it is my site's load speed that is causing the issue. I will optimize my website load time and then come back and edit this review. Other than that I am very pleased with this product.

GBBAD for freelancers This application is a mess, especially for individuals with an intermittent, variable month usage requirements - they have no plan to match this. The 'freelancer' plan has a very low monthly allowance (of which you can't see your usage from within the app) and if that's enough for you, you likely won't use it for several months. Then, the one month you do need it, you'll burn through the allowance in next to no time. There support is staggeringly unhelpful and seemingly unable to even answer basic questions about their services.

NLThe product it self is decent The product it self is decent. Speed is not fantastic and there are problems connecting local builds to their phones. We have been using it for automated crossbrowser tests which have at times been unreliable and caused build pipelines to fail. Probably this cannot be 100% avoided but seems like that have improved a bit over the last year, we haven't seen as many strange error. How ever, we are suddenly running into exceeded amount of automated testing minutes on the basic plan. which we have never experienced before, so maybe they have deducted the amount of minutes available without lowering the price of the plan. (just speculation)... Another interesting thing to notice is their price development for the next plan that they suggest that we switch to. 2017 May: 59$ 2018 May: 99$ 2019 May: 129$ That's about 100% increase in two years... I regret that we have spend a lot of time setting up automated test environment with their service when the product and the price seems to fluctuate like that. I would not recommend getting too tightly married to any service/company that have a price increase of 100% in that period of time, regardless of arguments like "we are just following the market prices" - sure, you are free to follow market prices... and should expect critique for doing so.
