You can't contact anyone over the phone, only chat, but their chat is only open during regular business hours. It's honestly a very lousy service and just not dependable enough for me to work from home. Stay away.

If I could rate this a -10 that would… If I could rate this a -10 that would be more than Nomad Internet is worth! With so many complaints against them, I will not go into the details. The service was fair - While It Worked. Once it quit working, I contacted their chat support - got their usual spiel about getting it to engineering and response within 24 to 48 hours. BUT, NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND. Follow up contacts, still NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND. Still no internet service from their router! Buyer Beware!

SCAM ALERT! After 5 months of "troubleshooting", them sending another router, and promises to refund money if the service doesn't work, their billing simply offered the most recent month refund (July) and this was after I sent both units back in May and asked for the refund. I could not even download the Speedtest page to test the speed most of the time. I will be reporting to FTC and BBB, disputing the charges, and leaving negative reviews in hopes others don't suffer through my experience.

Negative 5 stars The sales staff oversold their service. The money back thing is a scam. They charged me 70 dollars out of 116 dollars for activation etc. Plus you will pay to send their router back. They never say a word of any of that in the sales pitch. They tell you how fast it will be plus lied about 5g service in my area. Just go get starlink and save yourself a bunch of aggravation.
