GBI own a small roadside motel and rely… I own a small roadside motel and rely on Nomad Cube for reliable internet. I can connect all of my guests' devices to the modem without any issues, and the signal is strong throughout the building. The prices are also very affordable, which is important for my business.

CAHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Nomad provides no support to customers… Nomad provides no support to customers who are unable to activate the plan. By the time they contacted me about they problem my trip was have over and they never did solve the problem. I DO NOT recommend buying this product simply because their customer service is horrid! They apologized for their late response but that did not help me at all.

GBAn absolute horrible experience with… An absolute horrible experience with nomad Internet. Avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is absolutely a joke. The Internet service they provide can work good if it wasn’t continually plagued with problems. They send wrong equipment. Incorrect Sim cards. There’s nothing that these people can touch and not screw up. DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!!!. Find something better

GBNomad internet is the worst Nomad internet is the worst, I bought the strong red plan and it worked for a few days before stoping in the middle of my work day. Customer Support for this is non existent expect to send multiple emails just to get a reply. spent a couple weeks trying to get them to fix it in the end I had enough of waiting 24+ hours between emails and decided to cancel for AT&T. For something that cost so much per month it's inexcusable for their support to be so lax about critical issues for customers.

GBBuyer beware, erroneous charges and difficult cancellation. I've been trying to cancel my service for two months. In order to cancel you have to request a return, pay to send back your equipment and then wait for them to receive the equipment and process the return. In the meantime they continue to charge you. They changed my plan without warning and told me that I could get a new SIM for free and use it in my existing modem. However today I looked at my bank statement and saw that they were actually charging me twice. When I brought it up with customer service they said it was my fault for not sending that modem back to them when they changed my plan. So I've been paying for both my old inactive plan alongside my new active plan and they have yet to refund the difference.
