The signal is stable and I haven't had any issues with connectivity. Plus, their customer support is excellent and always available to help with any issues.

DEI've been with Nomad for a year or so I've been with Nomad for a year or so, it's been a bumpy ride to say the least! But I have been on a "Bring your own device" plan since day one, and my personal MiFi is finally aging out. Decided to try the Travel Air solution with the travel bag to see if it would work for my hunting land. The transition was not "one click" but as long as I followed the sales and support team's instructions everything went flawlessly. My advice, be patient, relax, and let the process work through the seemingly unnecessary delays. For me it has always worked out exactly as advertised! BRArrived in Brazil yesterday December 2 Arrived in Brazil yesterday December 2, 2022. Purchased 5 gig 30 day nomad E-sim. It was successfully installed in my s21 ultra via QR code. Following that there has been ongoing consultation with their tech people. Greater than 24 hours later I still have no connection. I have wasted greater than $50. US, I have wasted hours corresponding with folks with no clue. I am burning up my time in Rio on nonsense and can't use my phone.

GBBuyer beware, erroneous charges and difficult cancellation. I've been trying to cancel my service for two months. In order to cancel you have to request a return, pay to send back your equipment and then wait for them to receive the equipment and process the return. In the meantime they continue to charge you. They changed my plan without warning and told me that I could get a new SIM for free and use it in my existing modem. However today I looked at my bank statement and saw that they were actually charging me twice. When I brought it up with customer service they said it was my fault for not sending that modem back to them when they changed my plan. So I've been paying for both my old inactive plan alongside my new active plan and they have yet to refund the difference.

GBScammers Scammers! If I could give them a negative score, I would.I tried their service 11 months ago. It never worked despite trying everything. Started trying to cancel my subscription months ago. You start off having to try to get a person on the phone to get a return number. Since I work, I can't sit on the phone all day trying. That took 2 months to get return authorization. Shipped back all equipment in original packing following every instruction they gave. The equipment was back in their warehouse on August 1 with proof of delivery from UPS. On August 9th they billed me for August service. They've soaked me for about $1,500.
