USIf I could rate this a -10 that would… If I could rate this a -10 that would be more than Nomad Internet is worth! With so many complaints against them, I will not go into the details. The service was fair - While It Worked. Once it quit working, I contacted their chat support - got their usual spiel about getting it to engineering and response within 24 to 48 hours. BUT, NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND. Follow up contacts, still NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND. Still no internet service from their router! Buyer Beware!

USWarning they will steal your money! Very shady crooked company that appears to be out to steal money. The service does not work. Speeds are too slow to be usable, you can not actually speak with anyone all communication must be done by chat or email, and they lie. They constantly say that they want to make it right and will resolve the issue and refund your money if they can’t. Well almost $700 later no refunds, it NEVER worked (something I advised them from the day I received it and set it up), and I was being charged for the service AFTER they received everything back. FYI didn’t get a refund for that either.

USNomad internet is the worst Nomad internet is the worst, I bought the strong red plan and it worked for a few days before stoping in the middle of my work day. Customer Support for this is non existent expect to send multiple emails just to get a reply. spent a couple weeks trying to get them to fix it in the end I had enough of waiting 24+ hours between emails and decided to cancel for AT&T. For something that cost so much per month it's inexcusable for their support to be so lax about critical issues for customers.

USAn absolute horrible experience with… An absolute horrible experience with nomad Internet. Avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is absolutely a joke. The Internet service they provide can work good if it wasn’t continually plagued with problems. They send wrong equipment. Incorrect Sim cards. There’s nothing that these people can touch and not screw up. DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!!!. Find something better

USDecent internet... Long downtimes. HORRIBLE Customer Service While nomad internet is working properly, it’s a pretty good service. The issue is... it’s not always working properly. Our internet has now been down for several days, starting on New Years. All we’re told is to wait 24 - 48 hours each day we contact, even though we already have. They don’t seem to care whatsoever. The support is very vague and limited, and there is not a working phone support number at the moment. I’ve browsed social platforms like twitter and it appears we are not the only ones with these issues. I can not in good faith recommend this company to anyone else unless they can fix their issues. People need their internet for work, school, and connecting with others, yet this company is in no rush to fix ours. Horrible experience.
