This company is a fraud!!! This company is a fraud! They just changed their licensing and screwed all existing customers. FAKE 5-STAR REVIEWS. Look at the dates... all August 9th and 10th!!!

Do NOT purchase this software Do NOT purchase this software. They will NOT honor their 30 day refund policy after I purchased two subscriptions to their plugin, which did NOT work at all. After 3 days of working with their crappy support they now give me nothing but a hassle and excuses refusing to refund me. Now I'm forced to contact my credit card company to get my $100 back :-(

Fake, Avoid... Do not buy CometChat They have screwed their customers over a peach. They've updated their licensing without telling customers and then want extra money (hundreds) on what we've already paid. Four years we've been with them and spent about 3-4 thousand and this is how we get treated. All these reviews rating it 5* are FAKE! THESE ARE ALL FAKE REVIEWS FROM THE COMPANY. ALL NEW. ALL FROM INDIA. FAKE! AVOID!!! Tickets take forever to get resolved, when they get back to you (finally) they send screenshots with a noted attached simply saying "It works here" - but they don't check all the issues or the main issue you report. This puts you in revolving doors of them taking forever to answer. When they do, you can guarantee it's a Friday evening before they log off - leaving you as is. Honestly, you are getting ripped off if you go with this lot of cowboys.

The service is terrible multiple days… The service is terrible multiple days in between responses. Still no working solutions. Were not supposed to charge me until working solutions but instead 6 months later paying 99 USD still nothing.

Is cometchat going out of business??? This company is now unresponsive except when they want your money. I recently purchased the Platinum self hosted edition for close to $500 as well as the mobile edition for another $500. I asked their team to install it and before I could even launch, there were bugs. I'm supposed to have premium phone support and priority email/chat support with my package but can't reach anybody. It's a never ending revolving door. The phone number is US only (I'm in Canada) and I haven't received a response to multiple support requests for days so I can launch my site. They had no problem taking my thousand bucks and nobody told me they would be changing their platform and that mine would be obsolete before I could even use it. Cometchat...what is going on? Or are you going out of business?
