GBA massive thanks to Openreach A massive thanks to Openreach for dealing with and fixing a faulty line in to our school intruder alarm system. A special mention to the engineer who arrived swiftly and worked tirelessly in the freezing cold, thank you 5*. Case 14174493.

SEBy far the worst company on earth By far the worst company on earth. They’d rather virtue signal online than protect their employees who moved half the nation to work for them. Disgusting behaviour.

GBWe use outreach or sales enablement We use outreach or sales enablement. Overall very user friendly, integrates well with HS and SFDC. Good overall tool with all the functionality we need. Reasonable price

GBTerrible support Terrible support. I had an urgent issue that remained unresolved for days (still unresolved, in fact). Every response from Support was vague and not helpful. They kept referring me to an article that we've reviewed at least 5 times (I sent them the article when I initially created the ticket) and followed every step. Support said the configurations were incorrect but they weren't able to tell me which part was incorrect. Their response was literally "it's not set up correctly that's why it's not syncing". I realized that....that's why I reached out. Incredibly frustrating experience. Go with Salesforce High Velocity. Very disappointed.

GBOutreach while a good program with ZERO Customer Care. BEWARE Outreach while a good program, with good intent, completely destroyed by there customer service and even worse a ticket system that just sends you to their knowledge center. Our team has been in implementation since we purchased almost two years ago. The only proactive contact with them or their team is when your renewal comes along. I would say if you want attention before the sale that amounts to "not my problem" or "please read this in our Knowledge Center" after the sale; sure I guess. There has to be much better service orientated company that cares about more than a very poor install. Outrech Motto: Set it, and Forget it - There is certainly no one person across the organization who is willing to help. Our organization went to speak to the CEO, and here we are. Top to bottom, avoid this solution - there are much better options.
