GBOutreach is absolutely the best choice you can make as a Startup for you BDR's I have to say my first review was not good but I reached out to them in one last effort to solve our issues and they were absolutely incredible in their response. The CEO himself was instantly responsive and I am still in awe at they took the time to help a small start-up with only four seats get answers and problems solved. Even with the issues we had, it was worth the time and effort to keep working through the issues as it is the most intuitive and efficient tool for BDR's out there. Believe me, I have tried quite a few in an effort to learn which would bring the most value to my teams and Outreach is it.

GBPoor customer experience Like many companies these days, Outreach.io makes it difficult to cancel their service. The cancelation process is buried and ultimately requires written notice. And if you miss the cancelation window, they say there is nothing they can do and charge you anyway. When companies rely on trickery rather than excellence to retain customers, buyer beware.

GBNon stop emailing for guest posts Non stop emailing for guest posts, like the other 'specialist' I've reviewed this one is worse have had several years of no stop emails for CBD Oil, casino, gambling, medicine guest posts. I don't take 'Guest Posts' on my site, it did stop them emailing . Customer service is poor , resulted myself sending them a threat of legal action. DONT TRUST THEM

GBI received horrible support from… I received horrible support from Outreach after being a subscriber for over two years. I like the product but the service was so poor I will likely switch to SalesLoft in 2024

GBRun away from this company This company is not one you want to deal with. They are all about getting you into their billing system, but have zero support for their product. And good luck cancelling. As soon as you try to cancel, they miraculously have people available to tell you that you can't cancel. Very very unfortunate business decision we made to do business with this company
