GBMoney and time down the toilet Absolute garbage company. Bad user experience, a lot of bugs, and the staff I dealt with when I had problems were completely clueless and arrogant. I switched to Salesloft and I'm a lot happier.

GBNon stop emailing for guest posts Non stop emailing for guest posts, like the other 'specialist' I've reviewed this one is worse have had several years of no stop emails for CBD Oil, casino, gambling, medicine guest posts. I don't take 'Guest Posts' on my site, it did stop them emailing . Customer service is poor , resulted myself sending them a threat of legal action. DONT TRUST THEM

PTThe worst CRM, bad support Having used 3 CRMs before as a sales rep, never once have I spent so much time resolving issues with their support team. Their UI for outbound is terrible, the tiny window for sending emails that can't be maximised. Several issues in the last months. Calls not being recorded, calls not showing up on your activity, many more. Today I had a call scheduled with Ayesha from the support team and she didn't even show up nor reply to my email during the scheduled slot. Please avoid this tool at all costs.

GBI received horrible support from… I received horrible support from Outreach after being a subscriber for over two years. I like the product but the service was so poor I will likely switch to SalesLoft in 2024
