I don't take 'Guest Posts' on my site, it did stop them emailing . Customer service is poor , resulted myself sending them a threat of legal action. DONT TRUST THEM

I would not choose this company again. This is honestly a super frustrating company to work with. We've been a customer for over two years. I reached out to our account executive to get a new account set up on August 27th, and it's now October 1st, and they still haven't gotten the paperwork set up. We also have no idea why it's taking so long and have not received any indication as to how much longer it will take. If you are looking for new providers for your sales technology, I would look at other options first like Drip or AutopilotHQ, because this company has been incredibly frustrating to work with.

Outreach is absolutely the best choice you can make as a Startup for you BDR's I have to say my first review was not good but I reached out to them in one last effort to solve our issues and they were absolutely incredible in their response. The CEO himself was instantly responsive and I am still in awe at they took the time to help a small start-up with only four seats get answers and problems solved. Even with the issues we had, it was worth the time and effort to keep working through the issues as it is the most intuitive and efficient tool for BDR's out there. Believe me, I have tried quite a few in an effort to learn which would bring the most value to my teams and Outreach is it.

Not a bad program for sending Not a bad program for sending. We've been using it for many years. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the recent changes to the way reports are displayed are very poor. It's now quite challenging to work with the new reporting format.
