GBPoor customer experience Like many companies these days, Outreach.io makes it difficult to cancel their service. The cancelation process is buried and ultimately requires written notice. And if you miss the cancelation window, they say there is nothing they can do and charge you anyway. When companies rely on trickery rather than excellence to retain customers, buyer beware.

NLNot a bad program for sending Not a bad program for sending. We've been using it for many years. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the recent changes to the way reports are displayed are very poor. It's now quite challenging to work with the new reporting format.

GBAwful customer service - super poor UI - clunky platform I will start with the interface which is not user friendly at all. This platform loks to me like someone caught on a wave where there was a need for such a platform, created it super quickly without thinking of it thoroughly. The reporting is just awful and very limited. FOr example if i want to see all the calls that my agents did during the day but remove things like no number/bad number this is not possible at all. When there is an issue you will never get an actual reply from their CS team. They are trying to exhaust you with pointless questions and close the ticket as replied. This is not about actually offering a solution but mostly being compliant with SLAs that they have "committed" to. The only way you can have a semi good experience with them is only if you have salesforce (which is a serious company) and due to the good integration with the two platforms you do not need to do many things within the outreach environment. Also if you want to monitor the meetings that your SDRs are booked via reporting...well, these update after 72 hours..absolutely laughable company. Bunch of silicon valley dreamers who fantasise a different platform when they sell it compared to what the tool can actually do.

GBOutreach while a good program with ZERO Customer Care. BEWARE Outreach while a good program, with good intent, completely destroyed by there customer service and even worse a ticket system that just sends you to their knowledge center. Our team has been in implementation since we purchased almost two years ago. The only proactive contact with them or their team is when your renewal comes along. I would say if you want attention before the sale that amounts to "not my problem" or "please read this in our Knowledge Center" after the sale; sure I guess. There has to be much better service orientated company that cares about more than a very poor install. Outrech Motto: Set it, and Forget it - There is certainly no one person across the organization who is willing to help. Our organization went to speak to the CEO, and here we are. Top to bottom, avoid this solution - there are much better options.
