If I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. Once you are on a restaurant's website and hit "Reservations" then Tock completely throws you out of everything you've put in. Tock assigns you a random city so you have to go searching for where you actually wanted to go, then input everything all over again. Then you wait. Worst interface. Who designed this???

The most ridiculous reservation system… The most ridiculous reservation system ever!!! We paid $50 for a reservation for 7 at Cidercaide in Austin this past Friday evening. When we arrived, we acknowledged the table they had saved for us inside and asked if we could sit Outside. We were told that if there was an empty table, of course! Little did I know that our $50 reservation would still be charged to my credit card. I will never make a reservation at a restaurant or any place of business using Tock!!!!!

I find Resy and OpenTable are far… I find Resy and OpenTable are far better user experiences for diners. Tock charges asinine fees to diners and makes splitting a bill need a spreadsheet. I'd rate Tock 0/5 stars.
