GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. Once you are on a restaurant's website and hit "Reservations" then Tock completely throws you out of everything you've put in. Tock assigns you a random city so you have to go searching for where you actually wanted to go, then input everything all over again. Then you wait. Worst interface. Who designed this???

GBGreed, expecting customers to pay to reserve Tock charging a 20% service fee for what amounts to an incredibly simple CRUD scheduling app is an outright scam forced upon users. Restaurants should heavily reconsider implementing this service as it deters potential customers from making reservations.

GBAmazing food!! Great place!! The food is excellent with a reasonable price. The ambiance is very good , with added touches like decor and comfortable seating. Additionally the service is top-notch, with attentive staff catering to your needs throughout the dining experience.

GBTerrible, DO NOT give as a gift unless you hate the person. Terrible, misleading and useless. I received a Tock gift card as a gift and it has been nothing but a headache. First, we used Tock to make a reservation at a Tock restaurant only to find out that you can't actually use the gift card at the restaurant. Makes sense, right? Tock is intentionally misleading about when you can use the gift card. I had to read their terms and conditions to finally figure it out. So, can't use it at the restaurant... figured I'd order. I'm in Los Angeles so they have to have tons of restaurants that will deliver, right? Nope. 3 in my area. Ok, well, let's pick one of those 3. It's 1.2 miles away from me. After selecting the restaurant, turns out I'm "outside the delivery area". What? A mile is outside the delivery area? Screw it, let's keep trying. Change up the restaurant, confirm they'll deliver to me, place the order and about 20 minutes before it's supposed to arrive, Tock cancels the order because "we are unable to process the order with the restaurant." This is AFTER confirming my order will be delivered. Holy crap Tock. I don't wish your awfulness on anyone.
