USWhat value does Tock provide diners? I made a reservation for two at Daisies, a relatively new Chicago restaurant. We had a lovely time, but I will not go back if every time I make a Tock reservation I am charged $21 for two for nothing. As a frequent restaurant diner (3-4 times a week) I prefer Open Table and Resy. My partner prefers to call directly to restaurants. Now, I understand why.

USIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. Once you are on a restaurant's website and hit "Reservations" then Tock completely throws you out of everything you've put in. Tock assigns you a random city so you have to go searching for where you actually wanted to go, then input everything all over again. Then you wait. Worst interface. Who designed this???

USThe most ridiculous reservation system… The most ridiculous reservation system ever!!! We paid $50 for a reservation for 7 at Cidercaide in Austin this past Friday evening. When we arrived, we acknowledged the table they had saved for us inside and asked if we could sit Outside. We were told that if there was an empty table, of course! Little did I know that our $50 reservation would still be charged to my credit card. I will never make a reservation at a restaurant or any place of business using Tock!!!!!

USAwful, Awful, Awful Awful! Awful! Awful! Unfortunately Chase rewards is using them and I cannot book places I want to dine in. It makes me use my points but does not say how many points I will be using so I will get stuck with paying with my points that may be higher than what I want to spend. And there is no way to reach anyone. That's the worst part. I used their chat and the response time it says is one hour. Not worth paying their services.
