Stealing money from customers … Absolutely annoyed with the way things run at tescomobile. Long story short - I was charged 3x€10 for attempted top up that hasn't gone trough as simply I kept missing one digit of the phone number. Despite contacting my bank and sending them a proof of the transactions nothing can be done. I wonder how many people has been robbed like myself ...

I have been a customer for 8+ years,My… I have been a customer for 8+ years,My wife and children also with Tesco.I must say they used to be really good to deal with but now always under the same excuse of data protection they have you running around in circles, cant transfer a number cant get information on why my top ups are not working.Customer service has become a joke

Very bad experience. I spent a lot of time giving all requested/required information to Tesco Mobile, so they could 'Port-over' my current number to my new Tesco account. I was assured this would be done the following morning, however it was not. I subsequently received bills from my previous provider weeks later, who also told me that Tesco Mobile Ireland HAD NOT 'ported-over' my old number. Because of this, I missed several important phone calls & had to pay for two service providers for over 2 months. Extremely poor customer complaints department.

Pay as u go ripp off Got the pay as u go sim plus 15 euro voucher loaded it up rang 1740 to see how much credit I had 0 credits.....pumped in the voucher number again automatic voice said this voucher was used ....wat a joke ripped me off for 15 euro 30min with online help I don't no why it is called help line ...???tesco ripped off just stay with the food ...

One of the worse companies in Ireland. One of the worse companies in Ireland. 1st of all they overcharged me for data traffic almost 4 times. (80 eur instead 20), Instead to stop service right away when Unlimited data traffic was fully used. YES UNLIMITED DATA TRAFFIC HAS LIMITS. Seems Tesco Mobile lives in different world. Even more after canceling my subscription they kept sending bills for NOTHING, Literally FOR NOTHING. You cannot use data traffic but should pay. Strongly advise to avoid this company.
