GBThey tied us into a yearly contract… They tied us into a yearly contract with no way to get out of it even though that part of our business is going out of business. There was no way to scale back as most of our clients were scaling back and we were on the hook for costs on items we were no longer getting revenue on. They would work with us in no way at all to help us navigate a difficult time in our own business or allow us to go to a month to month basis or help us come up with a solution that would work. Basically told us to pound sand. Disappointing to say the least.

GBBEWARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! My company is highly disappointed about the false advertisement YEXT markets and promotes. Yext.com actually provides ZERO value to any businesses. I actually cannot believe they are getting away with this and marketing and promoting yext.com services as "VALUABLE FOR SEO". The sales agent made up the stories about "SE Value" Yext.com provides. I am canceling our Yext placement. YEXT.COM provides ZERO VALUE.

GBThere are no customer service numbers… There are no customer service numbers that work. I found 4 numbers and only 1 worked, and simply said to go online and request help. I have to know account information that was unknown to me and no one could be found to reach out to. All I wanted to do was change the form of payment but now I will simply cancel that credit card and be done with any future charges.

GBLifesaver during the pandemic Yext has been a lifesaver during the past year, with the uncertainty and quick changes of opening and closing of stores in the UK. Being able to update all listings in one place has saved valuable time and helped us work smarter with reduced resources. Keeping our customers updated with the key information they needed. Working with Yext for the past 2 years has really helped increase visibility for our businesses and get a great understanding of our customer's behaviour.

GBI have been a customer of YEXT for over five years. I have been a customer of YEXT for several years now. Their platform is good, when everything is in order. Support, however, has never been great. This year I am in particular need of help due to a drastic change in my operations. They do not pick up phone calls. They do not reply to messages. They do not answer email requests. Frankly, they do nothing but provide an automated service and collect money. If anyone knows of a solid competitor, please post it.
