This service is a $H!T$HOW. This service is a $H!T$HOW. Do not sign up for YEXT or any of the companies out there that are white labeling their service - the fine print will try to lock you in for a full extra year if you don't cancel 6-months prior to end of contract. Then it is immediate threats from their legal department and a blemish on your credit rating. Undoubtedly they may more money from their collections department than they do from actual business. Because the actual business DOES NOT DELIVER.

I have been a customer of YEXT for over five years. I have been a customer of YEXT for several years now. Their platform is good, when everything is in order. Support, however, has never been great. This year I am in particular need of help due to a drastic change in my operations. They do not pick up phone calls. They do not reply to messages. They do not answer email requests. Frankly, they do nothing but provide an automated service and collect money. If anyone knows of a solid competitor, please post it.

Wish I go give ZERO Stars because that… Wish I go give ZERO Stars because that is what we have gotten - ZERO action. We are taking to our State's Attorney General and plan on legal action. Last we heard was their tech support would reach out - not happened in a month despite sending emails - no management contact what so ever

There are no customer service numbers… There are no customer service numbers that work. I found 4 numbers and only 1 worked, and simply said to go online and request help. I have to know account information that was unknown to me and no one could be found to reach out to. All I wanted to do was change the form of payment but now I will simply cancel that credit card and be done with any future charges.

Charged me $150 instead of $3 Scam company. I woke up to a $150 charge. Luckily I took a screenshot of the original invoice of $3 Do not fall for this company
