GBDo not trust. Zero customer service response They double charged me on my subscription, would not give the extra $500 back so when my bank took it back they closed my active account. Their support is horrible good luck getting in contact with them. Since I bought a subscription my gmb rank has gone down. What a nightmare. I do not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. Update: Yext responded on trust pilot but still has not contacted me whatsoever. Sad they respond to reviews faster than they respond to support

GBno good First and foremost, where do I start. They treated me and my team like we were dumb during a meeting to go over things. The sale representative refused to start the demo without our boss and told us to access her calendar to schedule a meeting without her knowledge.

GBYext is blablabla ... wasting money I have a small restaurant that moved to a different location and i paid Yext to do the update on different website "the ability to control and manage largest network of maps, apps, directories, search engines, and social networks, ". They charge me $449 that's a lot of money and they didn't do the job, like for simple example Yellow page, citydata, allmenus, ... still on the old address. And then i receive a week ago "Yext 45 Day Auto Renewal Notification" Witch i cancel of course and Yext will no longer guarantee control of your listings ... What that mean !!! i have to redo the job myself

GBThere are no customer service numbers… There are no customer service numbers that work. I found 4 numbers and only 1 worked, and simply said to go online and request help. I have to know account information that was unknown to me and no one could be found to reach out to. All I wanted to do was change the form of payment but now I will simply cancel that credit card and be done with any future charges.
