This service is a $H!T$HOW. This service is a $H!T$HOW. Do not sign up for YEXT or any of the companies out there that are white labeling their service - the fine print will try to lock you in for a full extra year if you don't cancel 6-months prior to end of contract. Then it is immediate threats from their legal department and a blemish on your credit rating. Undoubtedly they may more money from their collections department than they do from actual business. Because the actual business DOES NOT DELIVER.

Poor support Poor support. They "offer" an online chat session but there is no one monitoring. Strange website that looks like it was pieced together with various people. No direction, no flow, no understanding of what they even do overalls. Totally messy. Would rather work with crisp concise supportive companies that have a better focus and know how to market what they are actually doing.

Have been a customer with YEXT 3 years Have been a customer with YEXT 3 years. From a large company with just under 1000 locations. Pros: 1. Reduces time updating listings (The more lisitings you have, the more time saved) 2. Insightful analytics 3. User friendly 4. Friendly team 5. Best in class Cons: 1. Most expensive in class 2. Although they work with the big publishers like Google, they have only so much control over the platform 3. Long process to clean up a messy account Karen Buckley is a great Client Success Manager and will add value to any partnership.

They tied us into a yearly contract… They tied us into a yearly contract with no way to get out of it even though that part of our business is going out of business. There was no way to scale back as most of our clients were scaling back and we were on the hook for costs on items we were no longer getting revenue on. They would work with us in no way at all to help us navigate a difficult time in our own business or allow us to go to a month to month basis or help us come up with a solution that would work. Basically told us to pound sand. Disappointing to say the least.

Wish I go give ZERO Stars because that… Wish I go give ZERO Stars because that is what we have gotten - ZERO action. We are taking to our State's Attorney General and plan on legal action. Last we heard was their tech support would reach out - not happened in a month despite sending emails - no management contact what so ever
