I have had nothing but problems with YEXT I have had nothing but problems with YEXT. Their support takes days to respond to urgent issues for my clients. A poorly run company with awful client service. There are so many better solutions for list management.

Wish I go give ZERO Stars because that… Wish I go give ZERO Stars because that is what we have gotten - ZERO action. We are taking to our State's Attorney General and plan on legal action. Last we heard was their tech support would reach out - not happened in a month despite sending emails - no management contact what so ever

BAD (NO) CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD (NO) CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not yet a customer of Yext, I have been trying for two weeks to speak to someone to sign me up to the service. When I enquired, I explained I was moving over from SEMRUSH and was happy to sign up ASAP to avoid my contract rolling over again. Filled out the form online, no response. Sent an email in, finally had a call with someone who told me he was unsure of what department to place my business in. A week later, still no response. I have followed up twice since, as a prospective customer it's not very reassuring that even with promise of having the business no one can be bothered to get back to you. Personally would avoid.

Yext is blablabla ... wasting money I have a small restaurant that moved to a different location and i paid Yext to do the update on different website "the ability to control and manage largest network of maps, apps, directories, search engines, and social networks, ". They charge me $449 that's a lot of money and they didn't do the job, like for simple example Yellow page, citydata, allmenus, ... still on the old address. And then i receive a week ago "Yext 45 Day Auto Renewal Notification" Witch i cancel of course and Yext will no longer guarantee control of your listings ... What that mean !!! i have to redo the job myself
