BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! My company is highly disappointed about the false advertisement YEXT markets and promotes. Yext.com actually provides ZERO value to any businesses. I actually cannot believe they are getting away with this and marketing and promoting yext.com services as "VALUABLE FOR SEO". The sales agent made up the stories about "SE Value" Yext.com provides. I am canceling our Yext placement. YEXT.COM provides ZERO VALUE.

I have had nothing but problems with YEXT I have had nothing but problems with YEXT. Their support takes days to respond to urgent issues for my clients. A poorly run company with awful client service. There are so many better solutions for list management.

MAJOR issues with customer support We're having MAJOR issues with their support "alias." We have a partner account, trying to get 3 clients live ASAP, yet I've had an open ticket with their support team for nearly 2 weeks without resolution. I find it unconscionable that their new-client, onboarding support is just a link to a list of articles to help guide through the setup process. Some of the articles contain old, no longer relevant info. For example, a short how-to video makes references to a UI that is clearly not up to date. Stay away, just an awful experience.

no good First and foremost, where do I start. They treated me and my team like we were dumb during a meeting to go over things. The sale representative refused to start the demo without our boss and told us to access her calendar to schedule a meeting without her knowledge.

Yext is blablabla ... wasting money I have a small restaurant that moved to a different location and i paid Yext to do the update on different website "the ability to control and manage largest network of maps, apps, directories, search engines, and social networks, ". They charge me $449 that's a lot of money and they didn't do the job, like for simple example Yellow page, citydata, allmenus, ... still on the old address. And then i receive a week ago "Yext 45 Day Auto Renewal Notification" Witch i cancel of course and Yext will no longer guarantee control of your listings ... What that mean !!! i have to redo the job myself
