GBBEWARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! My company is highly disappointed about the false advertisement YEXT markets and promotes. Yext.com actually provides ZERO value to any businesses. I actually cannot believe they are getting away with this and marketing and promoting yext.com services as "VALUABLE FOR SEO". The sales agent made up the stories about "SE Value" Yext.com provides. I am canceling our Yext placement. YEXT.COM provides ZERO VALUE.

GBThis service is a $H!T$HOW. This service is a $H!T$HOW. Do not sign up for YEXT or any of the companies out there that are white labeling their service - the fine print will try to lock you in for a full extra year if you don't cancel 6-months prior to end of contract. Then it is immediate threats from their legal department and a blemish on your credit rating. Undoubtedly they may more money from their collections department than they do from actual business. Because the actual business DOES NOT DELIVER.

GBBAD (NO) CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD (NO) CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not yet a customer of Yext, I have been trying for two weeks to speak to someone to sign me up to the service. When I enquired, I explained I was moving over from SEMRUSH and was happy to sign up ASAP to avoid my contract rolling over again. Filled out the form online, no response. Sent an email in, finally had a call with someone who told me he was unsure of what department to place my business in. A week later, still no response. I have followed up twice since, as a prospective customer it's not very reassuring that even with promise of having the business no one can be bothered to get back to you. Personally would avoid.

GBMAJOR issues with customer support We're having MAJOR issues with their support "alias." We have a partner account, trying to get 3 clients live ASAP, yet I've had an open ticket with their support team for nearly 2 weeks without resolution. I find it unconscionable that their new-client, onboarding support is just a link to a list of articles to help guide through the setup process. Some of the articles contain old, no longer relevant info. For example, a short how-to video makes references to a UI that is clearly not up to date. Stay away, just an awful experience.

GBI have been a customer of YEXT for over five years. I have been a customer of YEXT for several years now. Their platform is good, when everything is in order. Support, however, has never been great. This year I am in particular need of help due to a drastic change in my operations. They do not pick up phone calls. They do not reply to messages. They do not answer email requests. Frankly, they do nothing but provide an automated service and collect money. If anyone knows of a solid competitor, please post it.
