Isaac Santiago reactivates links We provide driver rewards to our fleet drivers each month when they score well in the ETS metrics. Some drivers do not redeem their rewards right away. Sometimes the link to the rewards becomes disabled. Isaac Santiago steps in, resets and reactivates the links for the drivers that have pending accounts. His efforts are much appreciated!

Your speed limits do not match up with… Your speed limits do not match up with what is posted on the roads. People get hit for speeding even though they are following the signs posted. Need to make a gps for phones that show what your company has for the speed limits.

AVOID with all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID with all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The customer service is very poor, I was waiting on hold for hours!!! Nothing works very well, they change terms and conditions how they like. Now when I canceled with them, they said that I'm lucky that I was with them for more than 1 year (of hell) so it will be only a fee of $50 per device (if it's less than 1 year it's a fee of $100 per device). I feel very lucky, thank you Azuga for the WORST service possible.

stay away!!!! scammers Was promised a 30 day trial to see if I like the cameras. Ended up not satisfied and was told to pay a cancelation fee that was not discussed in the agreement. all the documents that was discuss are now missing in action. I'm sooo upset please don't do business with these people

DO NOT RECOMMEND Azuga does not even deserve one star! I regret to say that my experience with them has been deeply disappointing. Not only did they exhibit poor communication throughout our interaction, but there were also blatant discrepancies between what was promised in our contract and what was delivered. Their lack of transparency and failure to uphold their end of the agreement was disheartening. Despite assurances made in the contract, the actual service fell far short of expectations. Attempts to address these issues were met with further miscommunication and a lack of accountability. I cannot in good conscience recommend Azuga based on my personal encounter. Potential customers should be cautious and thoroughly investigate any agreements before engaging with this company.
