USPLEASED THAT I DID NOT ALLOW AZUGA ACCESS TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT! After multiple sales calls from Azuga, they reduced the price to a price point that I agreed to pay. Then when the "sales manager" did not call at the appointed time on a Friday night, I said "red flag." If they are sketchy on the front end of closing the deal, my opinion is that they would not improve as time passes. 2 Weeks have passed and my phone is ringing 6 times and more per day with sales calls from Azuga using foreign area codes and various numbers to mask who is calling. When I answer, a person will pretend familiarity and then begin pitching. Since then, I have read these reviews and I am pleased that I did not allow them to access my checking account. My instinct told me to say, "No," and I believe that was the correct response.

USVery Unprofessional Customer service We wanted to try the service for our distribution vehicles. Signed up in March. Product worked well. But then came the nightmare. We canceled the service July 7 2022 since our business is seasonal and we do not need the product year round. Credit card was charged for another 3 months. Called billing, they said it would be handled. Nothing. Called again spoke with someone and thought we were making progress because I was issued an invoice with a credit but still no refund. Every time I call or email the ar team I get a different rep asking me if I have returned the devices. I tell them , no. I purchased the devices and provide proof back to show purchase. they then reply that management has to approve the refund. it is now September 24 and have spoken to Robert Silva, Nick Salas, Gary Rodriguez, Dawson Adams, Gary Perez and Bryan O'Kelley with still no refund or solution. This company is VERY Sketchy. Buyer beware.

USHorrible experience with their service Horrible experience with their service. Very unprofessionals and bad customer service. This company lied and stole from us. We signed up for their service in April and to date we haven't received all the equipment per contract. Aside for this they charged our account for equipment that was already included on our contract!!! Do not sign up for this service save your time and money is not worth it.

USIsaac Santiago reactivates links We provide driver rewards to our fleet drivers each month when they score well in the ETS metrics. Some drivers do not redeem their rewards right away. Sometimes the link to the rewards becomes disabled. Isaac Santiago steps in, resets and reactivates the links for the drivers that have pending accounts. His efforts are much appreciated!

USAzuga has been a fantastic addition to… Azuga has been a fantastic addition to our fleet. I am able to see everything. I get notifications regarding driving records in live time. Anytime I have issues, I am able to reach a live rep. that assists me every step of the way which makes making changes effortless.
