GBHorrible experience with their service Horrible experience with their service. Very unprofessionals and bad customer service. This company lied and stole from us. We signed up for their service in April and to date we haven't received all the equipment per contract. Aside for this they charged our account for equipment that was already included on our contract!!! Do not sign up for this service save your time and money is not worth it.

GBCustomer service is impossible to deal… Customer service is impossible to deal with. its also impossible to cancel without paying a termination fee. they automatically sign you back up for another 2 year term every time your pre-existing term is up

GBAVOID with all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID with all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The customer service is very poor, I was waiting on hold for hours!!! Nothing works very well, they change terms and conditions how they like. Now when I canceled with them, they said that I'm lucky that I was with them for more than 1 year (of hell) so it will be only a fee of $50 per device (if it's less than 1 year it's a fee of $100 per device). I feel very lucky, thank you Azuga for the WORST service possible.

GBThis company has the worse customer service!!!… This company has the worse customer service I have dealt with in a long time. I have been trying to simply cancel our service for we have no further need for them. I began back in October 2023, and I am still today in February 2024 trying to finalize the cancellation while they continue to charge me for services I am not using. When you call you are on hold forever and many times the call disconnects. If you ask to speak with a manager, they say there is not any available and they will call you back, but of course you do not receive any calls. Emails, calls, messages all go unanswered multiple times. I just now received shipping labels to return items, but with zero instructions of what and for which label. I requested they remove any auto payments to my card back in November 2023 and today in February 2024 they charged my card over $1000 dollars. I am still waiting on answers with no response, and I have decided to report their charges as fraudulent. Do not recommend this company to anyone with this horrible customer service.

CATHIS IS A TOTAL SCAM THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM, WE HAVE BEEN RUNNING BEHIND THIS COMPANY TO GET OUR MONEY BACK BUT ENDED UP PAYING THEM MORE AND MORE. THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING. WE NEVER SIGNED ANY CONTRACT YET THEY DON'T CANCEL THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY ARE GETTING MONEY TO SCAM PEOPLE. WELL DONE TEAM AZUGA. YOU PEOPLE ROCK.
