Poorly executed idea The interface is poor. The videos, are poor from a technical stand point. The content is good. But having to see incomplete assignments is irritating even after watching them several times. A lot of the time there’s also no sound. Updating scores is inconsistent. The assigned scores are useless without knowing what where when and how we are being docked points. Making the scores irrelevant and arbitrary. The idea is great but very poorly executed.

After 4 months After 4 months, we have still not been able to correct a billing issue. I have been contacted 3 times, each I was told someone get back with me to resolve the issue. So far, nothing has been resolved and Azuga took it upon themselves to charge my credit without my permission for 3 months.

Very Unprofessional Customer service We wanted to try the service for our distribution vehicles. Signed up in March. Product worked well. But then came the nightmare. We canceled the service July 7 2022 since our business is seasonal and we do not need the product year round. Credit card was charged for another 3 months. Called billing, they said it would be handled. Nothing. Called again spoke with someone and thought we were making progress because I was issued an invoice with a credit but still no refund. Every time I call or email the ar team I get a different rep asking me if I have returned the devices. I tell them , no. I purchased the devices and provide proof back to show purchase. they then reply that management has to approve the refund. it is now September 24 and have spoken to Robert Silva, Nick Salas, Gary Rodriguez, Dawson Adams, Gary Perez and Bryan O'Kelley with still no refund or solution. This company is VERY Sketchy. Buyer beware.

Your algorithm stinks Your algorithm stinks. The algorithm takes events happening on short trips more seriously than the overall picture. I much prefer cell control because it looks at the week as a total. If anyone was to ask if Azuka gave a fair picture of a drivers performance, I would tell them no.

We have used Azuga for at least 4 years… We have used Azuga for at least 4 years .They used to be great to deal with however as they have grown and are chasing more business they have failed to respond and resolve outstanding issues.They refuse to allow us to talk to a supervisor and keep dragging their feet. They "escalate" the complaints and months later dont resolve them. We have over 80 vehicles on Azuga and could not recommend them to anyone at this point.
