GBAVOID with all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID with all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The customer service is very poor, I was waiting on hold for hours!!! Nothing works very well, they change terms and conditions how they like. Now when I canceled with them, they said that I'm lucky that I was with them for more than 1 year (of hell) so it will be only a fee of $50 per device (if it's less than 1 year it's a fee of $100 per device). I feel very lucky, thank you Azuga for the WORST service possible.

GBDO NOT RECOMMEND Azuga does not even deserve one star! I regret to say that my experience with them has been deeply disappointing. Not only did they exhibit poor communication throughout our interaction, but there were also blatant discrepancies between what was promised in our contract and what was delivered. Their lack of transparency and failure to uphold their end of the agreement was disheartening. Despite assurances made in the contract, the actual service fell far short of expectations. Attempts to address these issues were met with further miscommunication and a lack of accountability. I cannot in good conscience recommend Azuga based on my personal encounter. Potential customers should be cautious and thoroughly investigate any agreements before engaging with this company.

GBPLEASED THAT I DID NOT ALLOW AZUGA ACCESS TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT! After multiple sales calls from Azuga, they reduced the price to a price point that I agreed to pay. Then when the "sales manager" did not call at the appointed time on a Friday night, I said "red flag." If they are sketchy on the front end of closing the deal, my opinion is that they would not improve as time passes. 2 Weeks have passed and my phone is ringing 6 times and more per day with sales calls from Azuga using foreign area codes and various numbers to mask who is calling. When I answer, a person will pretend familiarity and then begin pitching. Since then, I have read these reviews and I am pleased that I did not allow them to access my checking account. My instinct told me to say, "No," and I believe that was the correct response.

GBYour algorithm stinks Your algorithm stinks. The algorithm takes events happening on short trips more seriously than the overall picture. I much prefer cell control because it looks at the week as a total. If anyone was to ask if Azuka gave a fair picture of a drivers performance, I would tell them no.

GBAzuga has been a fantastic addition to… Azuga has been a fantastic addition to our fleet. I am able to see everything. I get notifications regarding driving records in live time. Anytime I have issues, I am able to reach a live rep. that assists me every step of the way which makes making changes effortless.
