GBVery Unprofessional Customer service We wanted to try the service for our distribution vehicles. Signed up in March. Product worked well. But then came the nightmare. We canceled the service July 7 2022 since our business is seasonal and we do not need the product year round. Credit card was charged for another 3 months. Called billing, they said it would be handled. Nothing. Called again spoke with someone and thought we were making progress because I was issued an invoice with a credit but still no refund. Every time I call or email the ar team I get a different rep asking me if I have returned the devices. I tell them , no. I purchased the devices and provide proof back to show purchase. they then reply that management has to approve the refund. it is now September 24 and have spoken to Robert Silva, Nick Salas, Gary Rodriguez, Dawson Adams, Gary Perez and Bryan O'Kelley with still no refund or solution. This company is VERY Sketchy. Buyer beware.

GBSCAM!!!This company is the worst ever 1 year… This company is the worst ever 1 year trying to cancel after 22 year contract. Hold then hang up the Hold hang up promise call backs that never happen then keep telling me someone will call back. Then keep charging and charging. This company is biggest scam ever!!!

GBCustomer service Promise to return your calls for service questions are unfulfilled or they call you back after hours when you are not in the office. When someone does help you out there is a language barrier which makes it very difficult to explain your concerns. The response goes unanswered because the communication barriers. The product without any flaws would be rated higher, however without great customer service how good is the product.

GBDO NOT RECOMMEND Azuga does not even deserve one star! I regret to say that my experience with them has been deeply disappointing. Not only did they exhibit poor communication throughout our interaction, but there were also blatant discrepancies between what was promised in our contract and what was delivered. Their lack of transparency and failure to uphold their end of the agreement was disheartening. Despite assurances made in the contract, the actual service fell far short of expectations. Attempts to address these issues were met with further miscommunication and a lack of accountability. I cannot in good conscience recommend Azuga based on my personal encounter. Potential customers should be cautious and thoroughly investigate any agreements before engaging with this company.

GBAVOID with all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID with all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The customer service is very poor, I was waiting on hold for hours!!! Nothing works very well, they change terms and conditions how they like. Now when I canceled with them, they said that I'm lucky that I was with them for more than 1 year (of hell) so it will be only a fee of $50 per device (if it's less than 1 year it's a fee of $100 per device). I feel very lucky, thank you Azuga for the WORST service possible.
