Service did not work in Colombia Service did not work in Colombia. I could receive text messages but could not sent them. I spent 2 hours talking with support. No help. Problem was never solved. Also it's stupid 2-factor auth. Previously they just send you text message with code to login. Now Ultra sending you anther text messaged and you need to answer ALLOW or DENY to it. But how can I answer if text messages sending does not work??? That is so so so stupid. Make it one-time code as it was before!!!

Every month it is a nightmare to renew… Every month it is a nightmare to renew my card. Ultramobile denies my password and sends me a temporary one, but it takes many tries till they accept, today more than 5 tries and nothing. I do everything as it is asked from Ultramobile, and they keep saying that they are not sure if it's me, after I've sent them the password that they have just sent to my phone that one that has their SIM card. I am desperate, almost one hour trying to pay! Today is the WORST!

I have 2 lines with you I have 2 lines with you. Before departure to Poland I paid for a month ahead plus 25 dollars for each line to be able to call and receive call from USA . Unfortunately both my phones did not have a good connection. I lost a customers and a lot of business while staying a whole month in Poland. VERY DISAPPOINTED ! 224-946-5737 773-590-9000
