Every month it is a nightmare to renew… Every month it is a nightmare to renew my card. Ultramobile denies my password and sends me a temporary one, but it takes many tries till they accept, today more than 5 tries and nothing. I do everything as it is asked from Ultramobile, and they keep saying that they are not sure if it's me, after I've sent them the password that they have just sent to my phone that one that has their SIM card. I am desperate, almost one hour trying to pay! Today is the WORST!

Ultramobile is very disgusting liar Ultramobile is very disgusting liar, I have always been charged 3 times of my monthly subscripiton, and there is no any data shows how much mininutes, how much data I have been used, and I remember I have only made 2 calls last month, and have sent 20 sms. And there is no any details about how you have been charged. Ultramobile is absolutely liar. !!!

Best wireless store in NY area People at thr store are veryfriendly and explain everything with patience. I was not sure which company to choose from when I walked into the store. The sale rep listen to my needs and wants. She recommended Ultra to me. I took her suggestion and haven't change carrier ever since I join Ultramobile! Sale rep was very confident selling me this plan and company! Very friendly and doesn't rush client to choose a company like other stores.

I have 2 lines with you I have 2 lines with you. Before departure to Poland I paid for a month ahead plus 25 dollars for each line to be able to call and receive call from USA . I placed order of phone card from this… I placed order of phone card from this company 5 days ago on 04/12/24. But they haven't shipped out yet. Today, 04/17/24, I called to cancel the order. They did not want to cancel saying they shipped out two days earlier. However, that is a lie. I haven't received any shipping tracking from them yet. Stay away from this company.
