GBBest wireless store in NY area People at thr store are veryfriendly and explain everything with patience. I was not sure which company to choose from when I walked into the store. The sale rep listen to my needs and wants. She recommended Ultra to me. I took her suggestion and haven't change carrier ever since I join Ultramobile! Sale rep was very confident selling me this plan and company! Very friendly and doesn't rush client to choose a company like other stores.

GBService did not work in Colombia Service did not work in Colombia. I could receive text messages but could not sent them. I spent 2 hours talking with support. No help. Problem was never solved. Also it's stupid 2-factor auth. Previously they just send you text message with code to login. Now Ultra sending you anther text messaged and you need to answer ALLOW or DENY to it. But how can I answer if text messages sending does not work??? That is so so so stupid. Make it one-time code as it was before!!!

GBGlobal service is a Lie. Save yourself! Think you are going great get some great global Internet and telephone access while you’re traveling? Think again. This is a disaster. First…it’s impossible to authenticate. By the time I had to leave on the airplane, I had already tried about 10 times with no success…even with “Assistance!” Then, once I got to Cambodia, you can’t even get to the Ultra Mobile site! You can’t contact them! All you get is an error message from here. So if you’re psyched to get to some foreign country and be totally cast adrift with no contact to the outside world, please be my guest and join Ultra Mobile. Otherwise, I suggest you practice self preservation and choose another carrier. What a waste of money! I can’t even call them to cancel.
