The only thing Talech is consistent with is being a complete failure to retailers who rely on them. A complete failure time and time again. They are actively damaging my relationships with my clients by sending them unauthorized emails 3-4 in as many minutes every day now. They lied about fixing it, so I assured my clients it was done with. They then lied about a work around, and now they tell me they don't know when it will be fixed. They made me a liar to my clients, and it's not the first time.

i would never recommend or use this… i would never recommend or use this company again. I have requested on several occasions monthly invoices and a review of my current charges. i am going to cancel this service and just move on. Bottom line- lack of response, lack of care, no personal service.

We cannot issue refund with online… We cannot issue refund with online orders when we are busy toward the end of a shift. Talech keep saying they don’t see the issue even as we screen shot the different error messages. This has been dragging on for months. We are looking for another vendor.

Once they were bought out the support went… Once they were bought out the support went to hell and no one knows what the system can or can’t do. Promised apps would be created to do more for our specific needs for three or four years. Never happened. Constant problems with the system now to the point we spend more time fixing issues than helping customers. Don’t try this out for your business unless you like chasing issues.

Never Again! Since Ya'll insisted so much for a review, here it is... The person who signed me up at work said I could cancel anytime, but then realized I was in a contract and paid for years, and never used the services. No one ever called to see why my account was inactive for the 5 years that I paid monthly fees and payments! Never Again!
