GBBeware of Talech, honesty coming from a sales agent... As a in independent Talech sales agent I have first hand witnessed the debacle that Talech has become, especially since the pandemic. I have heard dogs barking in the background, screaming kids, television sets blaring and dishwasher or laundry running over the past year, nearly every single call I place to Talech. Not only that, but my clients have hold times for up to an hour, get transferred constantly or given wrong information, just to get my clients off the phone. This typically results in me driving out to the business and placing the call to Talech myself and going through the same painful mess if nonsense that my clients are going through. I love Elavon (the processor that owns Talech) but I will never ever sell another Talech system as long as I'm in business.

GBWe cannot issue refund with online… We cannot issue refund with online orders when we are busy toward the end of a shift. Talech keep saying they don’t see the issue even as we screen shot the different error messages. This has been dragging on for months. We are looking for another vendor.

GBWe can’t say enough about the excellent… We can’t say enough about the excellent support we receive from Talech. We don’t have problems very often but when we do, we get immediate phone support and a quick resolution. Probably more tech savvy clients could solve these problems on their own, but our staff needs someone to walk them through the steps. Talech staff are knowledgeable and get us back up and running in minutes.

GBWaste of time and money Waste of time and money, dont even think about it as an option. They will over charge, you have to send about 30 emails to close the account, until they close, they will charge you every single momth and they dont refund
