The customer service is a joke - they say they have tried to call when they haven't, say 'everything is fine now' when they have fixed nothing at all nor contacted us. AVOID THEM PLEASE

GBStolen Money To be honest, if I can give this company a negative 10 stars I would they have stolen my money They refuse to give me my money. They have stolen $807 they refuse to give me this money back. I don't owe them no money. And they can't prove to me that I owe them any money. They keep telling me that my money has been released to my bank and it has been nearly a week. Please do not trust this company. Please do not use this company this company. As a fraudulent company and eventually, you will lose money dealing with this company.

GBThe only thing Talech is consistent with is being a complete failure to retailers who rely on them. A complete failure time and time again. They are actively damaging my relationships with my clients by sending them unauthorized emails 3-4 in as many minutes every day now. They lied about fixing it, so I assured my clients it was done with. They then lied about a work around, and now they tell me they don't know when it will be fixed. They made me a liar to my clients, and it's not the first time.

GBWell since my last review I was just… Well since my last review I was just told tonight that their system is working and that they will not refund our money. I then ask for all 29 of the recorded calls and they have declined releasing those also. I am going to our local news that reports on shady businesses and I have also contacted the BBB. For any company that is reading this lets band together and get what we deserve! No company should be treated this way. Yours or mine....I am going to start a social page about Talech. If you want to band together contact me Big4escape Jeffersonville Indiana...have to put company name due to it will not accept email address in review.. Another funny thing is I even wrote a letter to the Head Senior VP and have had no response. Makes me think no one at that company is willing to accept responsibility

CAExtremely disappointing. I have had this system operational for approximately one year, at this point we’ve got about 16 to 18 hours troubleshooting on the phone. Plus countless more hours of trying to figure out how to make it work on our own when it fails. It will suddenly not take a credit card payment, it has never done a return for us even while on the phone with support trying to make it happen, suddenly the cash drawer won’t open, or it won’t print receipts. We end up trying to reboot the machine turning things off turning things back on disconnecting reconnecting sometimes after two or three tries it works also there’s a couple of different methods that we have made notes on, we spend far too much time trying to keep this thing going.They have totally dropped the ball on me as a client. Their support technicians are excellent and are doing their very best but they don’t know have much to work with.
