GBBad support The software - when it's working, does a fine job. Tech support, on the other hand, is horrible. They say they have 24X7 support, but anything that actually NEEDS support is a 48 hour response time. A menu update done by tech support screwed up, and we were then told, oh well, we did that on Friday night, now you have to wait until Monday before anyone might be able to address the issue. Complete insanity to allow an entire business to be shut down for the weekend. That's NOT 24X7 support.

GBOpen orders not paid to our account. Where's the money? Talech has a category on their device called open orders. These are transactions that have not been paid to our bank account. Customer service could not answer why the money was not paid to our account. We were asked to go to our bank branch. Our bank branch did not have any answers to why the money was not credited to our bank account. They only recommended to write down every customer's name that comes in our business. Record keeping of transactions disappear, so you need to keep printing every transaction daily, or you will lose records. We switched over to Chase and we are thankful we made the change. I do not recommend this fraudulent company to anyone.

GBSo sad I tried for a long time to get my problem resolved then when I went to return merchandise I bought you said it was more than time allowed. You supposedly tried everything and to no avail. I am so disappointed, I was a long time customer and the first problem ended our relationship and nobody has even reached out to see why. Only a generated e mail....so sad

GBi would never recommend or use this… i would never recommend or use this company again. I have requested on several occasions monthly invoices and a review of my current charges. i am going to cancel this service and just move on. Bottom line- lack of response, lack of care, no personal service.
