GBGreat overall system Great overall system, great price. It does miss some key features. 1) The ability to have a smaller font on the kitchen ticket or print to a wider range of printers such as label printers is very important and yet you choose not to invest what like 1-2 hours, if even that much, of your programmers time to add a smaller font option on the ticket? 2) More customization of Kitchen tickets and Receipt tickets. Granted this takes some programming time but would be nice to have the ability that just about ever other POS has.

GBOnce they were bought out the support went… Once they were bought out the support went to hell and no one knows what the system can or can’t do. Promised apps would be created to do more for our specific needs for three or four years. Never happened. Constant problems with the system now to the point we spend more time fixing issues than helping customers. Don’t try this out for your business unless you like chasing issues.

GBOpen orders not paid to our account. Where's the money? Talech has a category on their device called open orders. These are transactions that have not been paid to our bank account. Customer service could not answer why the money was not paid to our account. We were asked to go to our bank branch. Our bank branch did not have any answers to why the money was not credited to our bank account. They only recommended to write down every customer's name that comes in our business. Record keeping of transactions disappear, so you need to keep printing every transaction daily, or you will lose records. We switched over to Chase and we are thankful we made the change. I do not recommend this fraudulent company to anyone.

GBThe only thing Talech is consistent with is being a complete failure to retailers who rely on them. A complete failure time and time again. They are actively damaging my relationships with my clients by sending them unauthorized emails 3-4 in as many minutes every day now. They lied about fixing it, so I assured my clients it was done with. They then lied about a work around, and now they tell me they don't know when it will be fixed. They made me a liar to my clients, and it's not the first time.

GBWe can’t say enough about the excellent… We can’t say enough about the excellent support we receive from Talech. We don’t have problems very often but when we do, we get immediate phone support and a quick resolution. Probably more tech savvy clients could solve these problems on their own, but our staff needs someone to walk them through the steps. Talech staff are knowledgeable and get us back up and running in minutes.
