Rhonda and Heather worked hard to provide top-notch, post-sale tracking and follow up during an unexpected shipping delay. Chair arrived perfectly and is an amazing addition to our home.

Excellent Customer Service If the chair is anything like the customer service, I'll be thrilled. I had some specific requirements and I was helped quickly and efficiently via chat (although I could have called also) to help me find one that would meet all my needs and was in my price range. I made an error when I ordered online and it was corrected as soon as they were notified. Qualifying for finance was simple - two years no I interest! I am really looking forward to my husband having the chair he has been wanting for many years.

Horrible, horrible, horrible company This company is a scam stay away please if you don’t want to get ripped off for the love of god stay away this company is ran by one person. Her name is Heather she will tell you one thing and do another. She told me that I was going to get a full refund that she was not gonna charge me $250 for the shipping and handling because the chair was defective but then after the chair is received and months later, she then says oh no the chair was fine so you gotta pay the $250 and if you don’t pay the $250 then it gets reported to the credit bureau fall for this scam horrible company they will do whatever they can to get money from you
