Excellent Customer Service If the chair is anything like the customer service, I'll be thrilled. I had some specific requirements and I was helped quickly and efficiently via chat (although I could have called also) to help me find one that would meet all my needs and was in my price range. I made an error when I ordered online and it was corrected as soon as they were notified. Qualifying for finance was simple - two years no I interest! I am really looking forward to my husband having the chair he has been wanting for many years.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Getting the chair I wanted was disappointing as 2 weeks into the order it was on back order. I settled for another osaki chair and 2 weeks into the purchase the rollers stopped working. Osaki send the rollers but a month later the rollers are still on the box they came in as their tech did not know how to open the back plate of the chair. Bad experience and no communication on behalf of emassage chair and/ or Titan Osaki tech support. Extremely dissatisfied. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Compassion goes a long way I ordered and received my Svago chair and am very happy with it. However, I was not happy with the "white glove" delivery service, so I called Emassage customer service. Matt at Emassage could not have been more polite, empathetic, and helpful, and he resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction.
