GBMy experience with Emassagechair has… My experience with Emassagechair has been excellent. From my interaction on a chat with Rhonda, to the great white glove service I received with delivery, it has been extremely positive. The chair itself is better than I could have ever imagined. My back has finally started to feel better after months of Sciatica pain. The Chiropractor has nothing on this chair!!! Fujimedic Kumo is the one to beat.

If the post purchase, delivery, White Glove Delivery, and product performance match the order and pre-order processes, this purchase will be a grand slam. I made several contacts with emmessagechair via the web chat function (in pre-order stage). The Chat CSR was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, fast, and empowered to authorize the my price promise request (via Chat!!). So far, so good! Can't wait to receive and use the Osaki message chair

GBWe love our new chair We ordered our SVAGO chair over Thanksgiving weekend, there was an expectation that it would arrive in late December. However, mid-December a gentleman from Emassage called to say there’d be a delay. They kept me updated and it arrived yesterday. Wonderful. They followed up as did the delivery company. The chair works beautifully and is great to look at. Thanks for being so helpful.

GBSo far, So Good! So far, so good! I called and asked my questions, decided on the make and model, then took care of financing while Matt stayed on the phone. I finished the order process, and Matt continued to be helpful, explaining the shipping process. I look forward to receiving my chair in 2 to 3 weeks.
