Excellent Customer Service If the chair is anything like the customer service, I'll be thrilled. I had some specific requirements and I was helped quickly and efficiently via chat (although I could have called also) to help me find one that would meet all my needs and was in my price range. I made an error when I ordered online and it was corrected as soon as they were notified. Qualifying for finance was simple - two years no I interest!
