GBI got amazingly attentive support from… I got amazingly attentive support from the sales person--without any pressure to buy. She was impressively knowledgeable. Then I got the chair much more quickly than I expected, which was, of course, a treat. The customer service responded when I needed to check a couple of questions, immediately with very specific and helpful feedback. I had a top notch experience with this company.

GBMy wife had been experiencing fatigue… My wife had been experiencing fatigue in her forearms & shoulders. She researched a bunch of chairs, then she started calling companies to find out more about the message chairs. She found this company & she dealt with a single person throughout the lengthy process. My wife was provided with Excellent customer service, we got a very patient rep that took her tyme to explain everything to my wife over the course of several weeks. When my wife finally decided to order a chair, the lady again was patient through the whole process. I would buy a car or a house from this lady, that’s how good she is. I wish I could remember her name!

If the post purchase, delivery, White Glove Delivery, and product performance match the order and pre-order processes, this purchase will be a grand slam. I made several contacts with emmessagechair via the web chat function (in pre-order stage). The Chat CSR was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, fast, and empowered to authorize the my price promise request (via Chat!!). So far, so good! Can't wait to receive and use the Osaki message chair

GBI DO NOT RECOMMEND Getting the chair I wanted was disappointing as 2 weeks into the order it was on back order. I settled for another osaki chair and 2 weeks into the purchase the rollers stopped working. Osaki send the rollers but a month later the rollers are still on the box they came in as their tech did not know how to open the back plate of the chair. Bad experience and no communication on behalf of emassage chair and/ or Titan Osaki tech support. Extremely dissatisfied. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
