GBWe love our new chair We ordered our SVAGO chair over Thanksgiving weekend, there was an expectation that it would arrive in late December. However, mid-December a gentleman from Emassage called to say there’d be a delay. They kept me updated and it arrived yesterday. Wonderful. They followed up as did the delivery company. The chair works beautifully and is great to look at. Thanks for being so helpful.

Pilot shipping helped me track my chair from Dallas, Texas to Phoenix, AZ and Sullivan and Sons with Mayflower delivered the chair to Northern Arizona and completed the set-up. GBHorrible, horrible, horrible company This company is a scam stay away please if you don’t want to get ripped off for the love of god stay away this company is ran by one person. Her name is Heather she will tell you one thing and do another. She told me that I was going to get a full refund that she was not gonna charge me $250 for the shipping and handling because the chair was defective but then after the chair is received and months later, she then says oh no the chair was fine so you gotta pay the $250 and if you don’t pay the $250 then it gets reported to the credit bureau fall for this scam horrible company they will do whatever they can to get money from you

GBMy wife had been experiencing fatigue… My wife had been experiencing fatigue in her forearms & shoulders. She researched a bunch of chairs, then she started calling companies to find out more about the message chairs. She found this company & she dealt with a single person throughout the lengthy process. My wife was provided with Excellent customer service, we got a very patient rep that took her tyme to explain everything to my wife over the course of several weeks. When my wife finally decided to order a chair, the lady again was patient through the whole process. I would buy a car or a house from this lady, that’s how good she is. I wish I could remember her name!
