She researched a bunch of chairs, then she started calling companies to find out more about the message chairs. She found this company & she dealt with a single person throughout the lengthy process. My wife was provided with Excellent customer service, we got a very patient rep that took her tyme to explain everything to my wife over the course of several weeks. When my wife finally decided to order a chair, the lady again was patient through the whole process. I would buy a car or a house from this lady, that’s how good she is.
