We love our new chair We ordered our SVAGO chair over Thanksgiving weekend, there was an expectation that it would arrive in late December. However, mid-December a gentleman from Emassage called to say there’d be a delay. They kept me updated and it arrived yesterday. Wonderful. They followed up as did the delivery company.
