Terrifying user experience… One of the companies I did some work for use Coupa for registering external consultants. Its as if it was written in the 1980s and designed to make life generally very hard. I have no idea why companies use these kinds of programs but I would probably not take on a consulting job for a company that used Coupa.

Really poor on-line help advise Really poor on-line help advise. Now have an account locked out for connections requests for 30 days, and there is nothing they can do! It was due to their advise! Also, they are unable to do a simple thing as update my email address without me having to contact all my customers and get them all at once to simultaneously change their ends and send new connection requests. Absolutely stupid!

Absolutely a nightmare to use Absolutely a nightmare to use. Companies are using Coupa to make their vendors create their invoices for them so that they can save money on the bookkeeping side of all of this. It has literally taken me 6 Plus hours to set this account up. I still have not been able to make a invoice to my customer.
