Worst company ever Worst company ever. No customer service for suppliers. Client send me a PO and I have to somehow figure out this system. The 2 step verification to what? I cant even change the phone number, and I would need an employee to use a personal phone to download a 3rd party app that my company cells block from downloading. Final decision, I asked the client for the payment in advance before I ship out an order. Or find another way to get.

Hard to fathom Found this really frustrating and time consuming. It's written in some weird hybrid language, instructions are meaningless, form filling is repetitive and when you've finally completed everything you have no idea if anything has been registered or received by the client.

Terrible Terms and Conditions I see a lot of reviews didn't like Coupa's interface. I didn't even get that far. Despite me not having any contract with Coupa, to access their services I had to agree with their terms of use. Thought I'd take a quick look and glad I did. They are very one-sided and make me want to not have anything to do with this company. Queried it with them but got nowhere. Went back to the company I will be invoicing but they can't do anything. Will not be using Coupa
