INVery bad experience Very bad experience. Our modem showing red light for past 2 weeks and internet is not working. They sent Guidion technician to check but he also was unable to resolve the problem. Now we have to wait for four more days to get another appointment. This is so frustrating. Tmobile should have resolved this issue within 3-5 days max but now it’s getting due for a month.

NLNo internet for 2 weeks I'm a new T-Mobile customer. 13 days ago my Internet suddenly stopped working. I was scheduled a service engineer to check it at my house although the issue clearly wasn't from my side. This took 9 days! Two weeks later I still don't have Internet and no estimate when it's going to be fixed. I've been an Internet subscriber for 20 years and this has never happened to me. Stay away from this company!

DET-mobile TV NL freezes despite internet speed test saying my internet is fast Another hour spent this evening with the TV repeating the same scene until I turn it off. My experience has gone from bad to worse. I pay for 1000mbps and I get up/download speeds of 7-15mbps. That's not all T-mobile's fault: the person I bought my apartment from decided not to mention the thick walls that I could have circumvented by opting for Ziggo and co-axial cable. More $ and wifi relays later, and I was getting 30mbps up and down. That's thirty times less than I should be, but bearable. Now, since May 2023, the speed has dropped by half again or more. I have to put up with it for another 6 months, then I'm changing.

NLI signed a contract for 1 year I signed a contract for 1 year, the first 6 months €25 and €45 for the rest of 6 starting from the 7th month. The first month they deducted an amount of €25 and starting from the 2nd month an amount of €33 was deducted and so fo the rest of 4 months.. nothing from what they committed!! I also signd a contract for a sim telephone card for my son's smart watch for an amount of €5 per month, sadly the card didn't work and this was reported many times to the by phone and personal visits to their shop dealers but the problem was solved after 4 months and besides, the deducted amount from our bank for this subscription went to €15 monthly instead of €5!! No good service, no commitment delivered and we felt terribly scammed in all means. Very bad experience indeed! Now it is no more T-mobile but Odido instead and still the internet service at home is poor and gets disconnected all the time.
